“Of all the Tim Hortons in the greater Victoria area this location is by far the best. (I’ve been to nearly all of them) I come to this Tim Hortons 5-7 times a week as does many of my family members.The drive-thru on weekdays is fast, efficient and friendly. Rarely have I ever had an order be mixed up. It’s going to happen from time to time we are only human.I’m hesitant going to other Tim Hortons locations.“
“I noticed there is a very friendly staff. Her name tag at the time was Abi or something. She wears glasses. I think every time I go she’s very energetic and cheerful. Always make my day better. Thank you! Remember to give her a raise or an award. It’s not easy to always keep this level of customer service. Plus she never gets my order wrong.“
