“It’s Tim’s.

Food is always mid (except the steeped tea. 10/10) I go back because the staff is awesome. Always friendly and they get to know their customers. Without the staff this place would not be the place I go each morning.

This store is worth supporting because the staff are worth supporting.

Shout out to Kirsti who is hands down the prettiest and most exquisite example of pure feminine radiance ; ).

“Pam and Iya are fantastic employees at Tim Hortons (2680 Blanshard location) and always make myself and my client, who is an older adult living with a chronic disability, very comfortable and cared for. “Food was as good as a tim hortons can be...but the best part is the drive through. Everyone on the microphone taking orders has been so pleasant but today was extra special. “The staff are usually friendly and efficient, even during busy morning hours, and the store is kept clean and comfortable for a short sit‑down if you want to stay. It’s open very late, which is handy if you’re driving through Saanich East late at night and need a caffeine boost.“

“It’s a Tim hortons but it’s more like a community cafe. Very kind staff, we ordered through mobile, they were sold out on the item so they refunded us and gave more free items instead.
Got time to chat with couple of elderly gentlemen from neighborhood.

“This is my favourite Tim’s. There is lots of seating and it’s bright with the sun streaming in the windows. Parking is easy. The staff are pleasant and efficient and get the orders done quickly. There is no drive through at this location.“

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the graveyard shift team at Tim Hortons (marj, julius, and brad)! Every time I stop by late at night, they are always so friendly, welcoming, and kind. It’s not easy working overnight, but they always have a smile on their faces and make customers feel appreciated. And they always make the place very clean!

My orders are always made well, and the service is consistently great. Thank you all for your hard work and for making those late-night coffee runs a little brighter. Keep up the amazing work!“

“gagan, ishman, akil, and ethan have absolutely secured me as a loyal customer specifically at this location.

gagan and ishman are SO attentive and empathetic. like they both clearly care about the customer experience and theyre so so so sweet. they are the first to check on an order if they notice it taking longer.

akil is clearly so skilled at customer service. i watched him put a smile on everyone’s face during a rush with like 1 or 2 other people working (please staff this location better!!!) while making drinks and taking orders. it was insane. he was zipping around with a smile on his face.

ethan ALSO absolutely crushes a lunch rush and is SO pleasant every time no matter how swamped they are. its so impressive. i worked retail and even i know i couldnt keep up like that.

i hope management sees this and gives these employees their flowers because they REALLY deserve it.
are they short staffed? yes. does it take a minute to get your stuff? yeah, truly not their fault. are they getting my orders out as fast as humanly possible? YES. i dont care. i love this location and i will happily wait a little bit longer for my food because the staff brings a little joy to my work days.“

“I've got a complaint i won a free coffee in the roll up the rim contest misplaced it then found it and went to redeem it last week but was told it is no longer redeemable as the contest was over! Didn't know there was a time limit on winning tickets unbelievable!!!“

“Excellent, prompt, and friendly service. We really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup with the cheesy twist on the side. The soup was piping hot and it had plenty of chicken. The coffee was great as always, as were the hot chocolate muffins. Thank you to the staff there!“

“I go to this Tim’s fairly regularly both as a daily Tim’s customer since my teen years and as someone who is often downtown, and I’ve been impressed every time with the opening team’s cheer and service. They put up with a LOT of abuse from impatient customers and they do a LOT of extra work due to the physical location of this Tim’s. I think it takes a level of bravery I don’t have to show up every day knowing what’s in store here and still be smiling and laughing and greeting people warmly.

I can’t speak to the afternoon team but the morning crew is very impressive. I hope the manager knows what a great team they have.“

“Kayla (hope that’s her name) was extremely kind when I told her my French vanilla tasted very watered down.

Unfortunately when Kayla tried to remake my drink it was again just watered down.
But Kayla was so accommodating during a busy lunch rush, she stayed calm, she was able to help me, as well as, all the other customers with little help. And she did it all with a smile. she was on fire. She was able to ring in a different drink for me, I paid the difference and all was good.
My 5stars goes to her for being great in customer service.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time I’ve had to say something here about my drink being watered down and it’s unfortunate that management wouldn’t take the machine out of service if they had already had complains in the past. -1star“

We've been coming here for years and have seen employees come and go. All have made our orders right and have been kind, but in the last few months a young lady named ROWENA has stood out for us. She has made our coffees perfect everytime without fail. It's such a pleasure to see her at the window with that big beautiful smile 😁 genuinely happy to be there.
