I can't believe that i was able to find that exact place, most of the videos were filmed in 2016 so i new about this place since childhood“

“I visit Tim's most mornings for coffee. Recently I inadvertently left my Tim card on the table or dropped it on the floor. The following morning as I came in for my coffee I was approached by one of the staff and was given a folded napkin with my name printed on it. Inside was my lost Tim card. “As I was in the line, the lady in front named Aisa Marie amazed me with how patient she was while helping a father and his kids with their order. I could hear her guiding them through the breakfast sandwiches. I know it caused a bit of delay, but it made me imagine myself one day with grandchildren ordering at this store and being assisted by a crew member as kind as her.“

“As a vegetarian, I requested one day that my food be prepared with fresh gloves. Ever since then, whenever I visit, Manpreet remembers and changes her food gloves before making my order without me even having to ask. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the care she shows for her customers. It makes me feel valued, and the service is always friendly and professional.“

“I did a delivery pick up at this location and, even though I'm not personally a Tim Hortons coffee guy, this location had a really great local cafe vibe. I actually thought to myself when I entered that I could totally understand why it was as busy as it was. Much better than the one down the road at the Shelbourne plaza IMHO.“

“The unhoused have basically taken over this tims every night and morning - almost every booth is occupied by people sleeping or coming down off a high. Regular interruptions and outbursts by people who clearly need assistance and aren't getting it. I feel bad for the staff- they do a great job dealing with the chaos it brings. It's been a consistent problem for a while and it's only getting worse as we go into another autumn/winter cycle.“

“I've got a complaint i won a free coffee in the roll up the rim contest misplaced it then found it and went to redeem it last week but was told it is no longer redeemable as the contest was over! Didn't know there was a time limit on winning tickets unbelievable!!!“

“Excellent, prompt, and friendly service. We really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup with the cheesy twist on the side. The soup was piping hot and it had plenty of chicken. The coffee was great as always, as were the hot chocolate muffins. Thank you to the staff there!“

“Kayla (hope that’s her name) was extremely kind when I told her my French vanilla tasted very watered down.

Unfortunately when Kayla tried to remake my drink it was again just watered down.
But Kayla was so accommodating during a busy lunch rush, she stayed calm, she was able to help me, as well as, all the other customers with little help. And she did it all with a smile. she was on fire. She was able to ring in a different drink for me, I paid the difference and all was good.
My 5stars goes to her for being great in customer service.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time I’ve had to say something here about my drink being watered down and it’s unfortunate that management wouldn’t take the machine out of service if they had already had complains in the past. -1star“

We've been coming here for years and have seen employees come and go. All have made our orders right and have been kind, but in the last few months a young lady named ROWENA has stood out for us. She has made our coffees perfect everytime without fail. It's such a pleasure to see her at the window with that big beautiful smile 😁 genuinely happy to be there. I would like to take a moment to share how much we appreciate the excellent customer service we received at your Tim Hortons location. The service was wonderful, and we were very impressed.

The staff member who helped us was named Katty, and the person who completed the process was also Katty. Both of them were very kind, helpful, and professional.

Even though we had a large order, these ladies accepted our order with patience, kindness, and a great attitude. They handled everything very efficiently and processed our order very well. We truly appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service.
