I will not only order another Eclipse Barolo wine kit, but I am very motivated to try the rest of the Eclipse line. Typically, it takes a long time to age Barolo wine, the pleasant and knowledgeable staff at Great Fermentations explained how Eclipse kits have a special secret process that makes it possible to have a delicious drinkable wine in a much shorter period of time. “Simply the best winery on the Island!
Julie and Zac are exceptional in all aspects of the vineyard, from the obvious careful tending of the grapes right through to the informative and fun tastings of the finished products. They always take time to treat you like old friends and ensure you leave the welcoming Tasting Room happy….And with a smart Alderlea bag filled with your favourites (mine being the Pinot Noir and the Clarinet!)
