The ham and cheese croissant was down right corpulent. I believe it needs to reconfigure its fat content (let’s just say the body wasn’t tea). The Parmesan was superfluous, let’s not overcomplicate things.“

“Today we tried the cinnamon twists, jalapeno and cheese criossants, and their breakfast sandwiches. absolutely amazing. The only downside to this visit, is that I won't be able to have more and try their other delicious looking bakery items until I return to Salt Spring. Their staff were also amazing and very good on handwashing between duties. I highly recommended this bakery!“

“Great old school scratch bakery. Just like my Nana used to make. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Good coffee. I wish I had a place like this at home but sadly this type of bakery is rapidly disappearing in favour of mass produced flash frozen product a la Tim Hortons. Salt Spring is very lucky!“
