“Well went to subway in lake Cowichan today wow was so disappointed with there dippers 2 thin slices of peperoni in a hole wrap no cheese really. The salad was a complete mess and tones of wrong stuff added. Same with both subs my daughter had the meat ball sub with nothing on it came with that huge chunk of cheese and bunch of other stuff and same with the other sub.”

“My partner and I are very appreciative of good coffee and good coffee is hard to come by. We have one place in Duncan that we like, and now we have a place in Lake Cowichan, at Ed's. Their coffee is so good. We had an excellent chat with who I assume was the owner. He was so passionate about coffee and you can tell he is in the business because of his genuine love for a good brew. I'm so happy this place is close to home as I am in Youbou. The beans they use, Black Cat I think he said, are some of the best . Highly recommended.”
