“This is a fantastic restaurant. I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The service is optimistic and professional. I like the design of the interior, despite the small venue space. I ate there for lunch and had the Lennon's French Toast. It was the best French toast I have ever had at any establishment. All of the ingredients pay compliments to each other and taste great altogether. The coffee was not just great, it was Grade-A quality. I hope to come back to Big Feast Bistro very soon when I am in Maple Ridge again.“

“This is a wonderful cafe. I fell in love with the place the moment I saw their assortment of baked goods when I entered the establishment. The cafe was very busy when I came on a Tuesday afternoon, yet I still found a table for myself. I only came in for a drink and a snack, however, that was enough to make up my mind. I ordered the Spanish Latte with the Pumpkin Spiced Cream Muffin and the Cappuccino Cream Puff. The latte was potent with that espresso flavour while having that nice balance of earthy and creamy piquancy in the drink. The muffin was fresh and full of flavour, thanks to the pumpkin cream filling and the toppings. The Cappuccino Cream Puff was spectacular; everything about it was tasty from the powdered sugar on top to the light cream-filling. The aesthetic has a modern yet traditional design to its countenance with its spacious studio structure and brick wall to the antiquated decor and antiques. The service was quite good and have no complaints against. I hope the next time I come to Gratia, it will be for a full lunch, so I could try their sandwiches or brunch choices.“

“Just had to shower, we picked up several items for today’s supper… They were all extremely outstanding. My partner lived in Thailand for many many years, and in the three years we’ve been back he’s been hunting for authentic Thai. Finally, found Tom Yum soup and Tom Kai soup just like he used to have. All our other entrées were authentic, delicious, fresh, massive portions, definitely recommend, and will certainly order again.“

“The Large Deluxe Pepperoni Pizza with peppers bacon and sausage was very loaded. That part I loved. What I didn't like was the pizza lacked the greasiness normally found on pizzas. And while I would say I'm complaining about the lack of adequate sauce (I would of liked it wetter) I thank you for the amount I did get as it was very salty the sauce ( I would love for there to be a white sauce or marinara sauce option ) other than that. Worth the $40 I paid for the pizza overall. Ordered via DoorDash. But I won't order this again as I am not fond of so salty sauces.“

“My family and I visited the Maple Ridge location to celebrate a couple of our birthdays with our birthday coupons a couple weeks back. My coupon was switched to Maple Ridge but my sister’s, she thought, was for another location and we did not have enough time to switch it over. We were going to go to the poco location since it was central for everyone, and called ahead to ensure the coupon location would not be a problem there. They were a hard no. We could not use it there unless we had it switched to them. So I called Maple ridge and the girl who answered was so lovely and said it was absolutely no problem. So we went there. The service was top notch and the food came quickly and was delicious. It is a big, warm and friendly location. The server was soooo nice and really attentive. I asked her if she took my call, she said yes, and I told her she was really wonderful and helpful, and I was very appreciative. She really stood out with her excellent customer service and really happy personality. I hope her manager reads this. She was younger and had dark hair. It was on Sunday Oct 12 @ around 1030am if that helps. You are doing an excellent job!!!“

“4 of us went for the set menu for Valentines day last night. Selection and taste was fabulous. Great variety in each of the 4 courses and the pepperoni pizza was wonderful. Pipping hot when served. We had the espresso Creme Brule for dessert - perfect ending to a great meal!! Thanks everyone for a fun evening!!“

“We had a family group of 9 people coming from different cities for brunch and they were able to accommodate us on the heated patio which was quiet so we were able to visit. The service was great and we felt well looked after. We were invited to stay as long as we wanted which was very much appreciated. Most of us ordered off of the brunch menu and the food was good and reasonably priced. A very good experience.“

I walked in to the shop & was able to order them & have them decorated so quickly! The cupcakes were so delicious you wouldn’t know they were gf/df! Highly recommend.“

“Good honest slice of pizza. Whether it's a quick slice as a snack or whole pizza for family dinner, you get your money's worth. The cheese and sauce is solid, not too sweet like most. The crust is thick but yet airy. Never had a bad pizza from here. Service is quick and knowledgeable.“

“Great place for a milestone trip! Excellent food, wide variety for both picky and adventurous eaters. Waiter was super - he was pleasant, not overly-checking-in, but not intrusive ether. Didn't catch his name - he reminded me of an 1980's Val Kilmer with a silver tooth or two - he went above and beyond to find a dish that worked for our table (with some dietary restrictions). Another staff female member helped us find The Olympics on TV. Thanks for a great night! First time in Canada for a Taekwondo tournament with my teen (hi from Oregon!). Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian friendly options. Goddess dressings etc. Has a list of ingredients for what is dietary friendly.

“We order from Pizza Pizza quite regularly and generally enjoy the food and service. I just wanted to share a feedback regarding online orders.
We have noticed that the pizza boxes are usually not sealed when we receive our orders. It would feel more appropriate and reassuring if a little extra care were taken to seal the box, especially for online or delivery orders. This adds to a sense of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care.

Sealing the box would also give customers greater confidence that the order has been handled carefully from the store to delivery. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a positive difference in the overall experience.“

Oh and no salads anymore. $2 extra if you have only the fruit with it. $3.50 extra if you then add potatoes (fries). $3.50 extra for hollandaise (cuz no gravy avail.) $3.50 extra for the coffee. (seriously?) $17.45 meal becomes $30 when it's an actual fully-formed meal.“

“Stopped by our favourite “happy hour destination” in the calm before “the storm” - while the contract for snow removal should be revisited on the outside, the ever-friendly serving staff made our visit fabulous as always … special thanks to the chef on duty for crafting the best master chicken I’ve had so far (and I’ve had too many to count) - our server was lovely (guessing business was slow today) hopefully the other patrons recognized her loyalty and work ethic with suitable gratuity- we will be back (no question) but today was even better than usual.“
