Our server Dani was genuinely very warm, caring and friendly. The manager Sean was really great too. Rachel at the hostess podium was very nice as well. It was a very good experience thanks to these three awesome staff members.

“All the staff have been amazing through every experience I’ve had but if I had to shine the light on a specific staff member for such impeccable service it would be Greg who never fails to show up, bringing such joy without knowing the impact. Today marks a special day in our hearts, my partner and I just announced our first pregnancy and we ordered takeout to celebrate. I walked in a starving customer happy to end a long and exciting day but left forgetting about hunger and ultimately felt community. I’m so happy that browns social house has such an amazing team and someone like Greg who brings the experience into dining. Thank you again greg, we now have one of those wholesome life time memories to share when we talk about one of the biggest moments of our life!!“

“A great little get away from the hustle. A short ferry ride from Nanimo. It has a great cafe with delicious food. Beautiful hiking trails, tons of space to picnic and play and miles of quiet Beaches!“

“Lovely lunch here today. Had a slight wait at the bar but was escorted to a table as soon as one became available. Our waitress was honest that food was going to delayed because of a large party ahead of us. Food came out hot & delicious. We enjoyed our outing here...“

“Really fantastic take out order on a busy Valentines Day! Very good value on the app for steak dinner for two people. We also got an appetizer and 2 kids meals. All the food was hot, cooked perfectly, and packaged nicely. Love the Antojito’s. Order was ready for pick up right on time.

“Before we arrived I was saying I'd love to get a Nanaimo Bar Gelato, hoping they had one along the waterfront and this place did! Very excited, but also lived up to exactly what I hoped it would be. My mouth is watering just thinking about it“
