“Always an amazing experience to enjoy brunch in the gardens at Charlotte and the Quail. The service is fantastic and they are so good about all my food allergies, I even get dessert! The brownie and carrot cake are delicious 😋 and gluten free!!“

“The coffee shop at the Butchart Gardens is a decent spot to grab a bite and have a drink of coffee.
It wasn’t something spectacular, but it got the job done. Me and my girlfriend needed a little bit of energy after the ferry ride to the island, and this did the trick.
My main complaint though? It is pretty expensive, considering the already high price of entry to the garden itself.“

“Went here with my mom after a long, wet day, and was immediately so grateful for this wonderful restaurant! The miso soup is incredible, and we ordered more sushi than we could eat because it was so delicious. It was affordable and all the staff was so friendly and sweet. Definitely will be back!“

“Super friendly service! The staff were accommodating when I had to make a big change to my order, and they handled everything with a smile. The location is clean and convenient, with easy access from the highway if you’re heading to the ferry. Our order was ready quickly, and the quality was great as always. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Panago location again soon!“

“Staff not friendly, I had at least 3 staff on separate occasions mention tourists and 'not knowing the routine'. Don't know why I keep going back there. Coffee also not good.“
