“This is my all-time favorite restaurant. I was there with my friend Reg for lunch last Tuesday, June 3, 2025. I had heard that they were bringing back burgers and omelets and other favorite lunchtime fares on their new lunch menus. Me and my friend were treated to the best and freshest burger that I have ever eaten in my life. A delicious quarter pound beef patty prepared ground on the spot and prepared fresh for us. I thought I had died and gone to burger heaven. The burger was cooked perfectly with mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and lettuce and tomato on a fresh made in restaurant delicious bun. We were the first to be treated to these fantastic burgers and am planning to go back over the weekend and chow down on more burger comfort food. It was out of this world delicious. I had ordered a side of french fries before my meal so when my deluxe burger arrived I chose to have rice on the side. Great choice by me again! ! I just want to thank my friends at Andreas restaurant (North Vancouver) for bringing back burgers to their establishment. It was a bon bon day to have such a delicious lunch at my favorite food place and it was wallet-friendly as well as this big burger meal only cost me CA $15.50. Cheers and thank you for the great meal and service. My server Jason was amazing and super attentive. Can't wait to go back with my friends for lunch this coming weekend. “They are the best food, for the best price, and top service. Our favorite place to go. Good old fashion personable service. Not fancy, but who wants fancy shamancy when you get the best of everything else.“

“We were seated right away. The menu was extensive, and I chose the Koobideh. We also ordered the lamb ribs. Within 15 minutes the food arrived, cooked to perfection.
The meat was tasty and succulent. The rice was not overcooked - just right.

This is the place which has been in operation for several years now helping many office workers in the tower and many people in and around the area. The portions come with choice of meats and two vegetable items totally complimentary! For the carb, they serve hot rice with a surprising addition of a fried papad at no charge. This has been my ‘go to’ place for my lunch everyday for many years so long I was working in the tower office and now having retired visit this place without fail whenever I happened to visit downtown Vancouver. “Love this place, except that not all staff are on the same page with how to fill their spoons when making the wraps. Shouldn’t have to ask to have a proper amount — a tsp of filling isn’t sufficient. 2nd time I’ve had a wrap and the first few bites are only pita because it isn’t full.

Normally can get 2 servings out of 1 because they’re big and full! But not always, depends on who makes it-_- which is kinda annoying.“

“l Nido in Vancouver is an absolute gem! We came here as a family (me, my wife, and our 11-year-old son) and the pasta dishes completely blew us away. The beef was flavorful and not salty, and the injera was spongy and a bit sour but good. They even gave me more injera on the side.

The food was just like the pictures but I was pleasantly surprised by the humongous portion size. I’ll say you could order one and share for two people. I ordered one for myself but was left filled to the brim.

I honestly had one of the best falafels I’ve ever tried — perfectly crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The hummus was also very fresh, smooth, and absolutely delicious.
