“This deli has many Mediterranean items for sale which takes up most of the store. There’s a few tables in the middle of the store for people who want to sit and eat. And there is a big kitchen with display counters that are refrigerated for all the prepared foods that are made here. My favourites are spanakopita, and a Greek dessert bougatsa. Phyllo pastry wrapped around an inner filling of luscious not too sweet custard. I’ve never tried it, but I hear good things about their pizza. ? in fact, I think I go back today and try it.They also have lots of staff in the kitchen to serve you. Pictures next time.“
“Omg I just wiped the sauce off my face and went straight to write this review. SO GOOD. My husband and I have literally been all over the CRD looking for an amazing shawarma place and we never found it until now!My husband devoured his chicken shawarma wrap with extra pickled turnip, he was so happy to find a shawarma place that had his favorite topping! He also got fries with some super tasty garlic sauce.I had the butter chicken shawarma which was saucy and filling. The chicken was perfectly done with those little crispy edges I love. The flatbread was delicious, the butter chicken sauce complemented the shawarma spice excellently and the pickles were the perfect finishing touch.It's a long drive from Sidney but we will be back! “I came here in a hangry panic and accidentally discovered an absolute gem of a restaurant! I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup…it was killer! Didn’t know such a basic dish had the potential to be so comforting and satisfying! The staff was super nice, checking in on us every once in a while while not being overbearing and intrusive. We felt so welcome and cozy the whole time! Not to mention, the meal was only $18(before tip/tax). Well worth it and affordable for downtown Vic.“

Earl grey martini was tasty as well as the salted caramel bar. Nice atmosphere. Good place to go for a special occasion or date night. Best to reserve here tho. “We chose the Fireside as our daughter's wedding reception venue. The ambiance under the tent and twinkle lights was magical. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. The outstanding tasty buffet selection was given compliments by all our guests. I also want to acknowledge the 2 dedicated servers who looked after us so attentively...amazing. “This unassuming literal hole-in-a-wall at a community center is a nice little gem just outside of Victoria downtown. Three things you will love about Nadia's: (1.) The wife and husband pair work diligently as a team and ensure you will not leave hungry or disappointed. (2.) Get the lamb shank. Seriously. I'm not a fan of lamb and their lamb shank is insane. Get it now. (3.) The owners made special effort to welcome us to Victoria and offered detailed recommendations and a wonderful sampling of their dips.“
