The food is superb, we plan on returning to make our way through the great menu. It is the best place we have eaten at in Canada for food, service and ambience. We highly recommend the seafood tower as a way to taste through some of the menu. The grilled octopus rivalled what we have eaten in Italy. The pork belly was cooked to perfection. The wine list is extensive and expertly curated.”

“Mmmmm, this place is awesome, I can see why all the local workers pop by here for coffee breaks or lunches. Inside can get a bit packed, tight washrooms but loved that ham swiss croissant, better than Starbucks version. Iced coffee was creamy and delicious. Worth a stop!”

“We visited the restaurant almost a year to the day from our last visit. (We live in AB or we would go more often) We had the tasting menu and the selections were thoughtful and awesome. The restaurant and staff were busy. We had a dish that we loved last year that involved corn and when the owner found out that we were in the restaurant he made a special course just for us which was DELICIOUS! We are used to tasting menus and the length between courses but our service was just a bit off with large pauses in between certain courses. The staff being busy weren't able to check in as often as we would have liked but it is still one of our favourites and we will definitely return again next September if not before.”

Our waitress was a pro at giving suggestions and narrowing down our options based on our taste preferences. The vibes inside were retro hotel - cool moldings & wallpaper. Cozy, dim lighting, sexy. Garnishes were all very fun, drinks were delicious! My only regret is not trying more drinks!”
