“My friend and I always make a point when we meet up at Surrey Central Mall, to stop in at Coco Bubble Tea. Layla is our favorite she’s so personable, friendly and a real cutie. “The busy workers here are very busy and don't seem to have time to suggest much to novice bubble tea goers. Ultimately, the teas are great, the ambiance is what you would expect from a space like this. It's quiet but has nice level of music playing in background. Lots of seating for small and mid sized groups of no more than 6.“

“My husband and I frequent this place almost every week. This location particularly, always kept the same taste and quality for their drinks.
Our go to is Honey Milk Tea(hot and cold version), Black Twist, Matcha Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream and Matcha Oreo 👌🏼 We try to go elsewhere in the Tri-cities but we always go back for the flavors above!
A bit saddened though they removed the free birthday drink back when I was trying to claim on my birthday in January.“
“10/10 food and service! My friend and I came here to catch up and ended up staying here for close to 6 hours. I know, a bit excessive, but the owner was very relaxed and didn't rush us at all. She was extremely friendly and attentive and continued to top up our teas and waters. Definitely a spot to check out in Surrey!!“

“I visited Coco Bubble Tea recently and found the drinks a bit too light in flavor. The texture felt somewhat watery, and I was hoping for a richer, more satisfying taste. With a bit more intensity and balance in the ingredients, the drinks could be much more enjoyable. I appreciate the variety on the menu and hope to see some improvements in the future.“

“The bubble waffle, also known as “egg waffle” is a fantastic snack to pair with bubble tea. It has a unique texture, with crispy edges and soft, pillowy bubbles on the inside.
The combination of taro bubble tea and a bubble waffle makes for a perfect afternoon indulgence. The earthy sweetness of taro complements the rich, fluffy waffle, creating a balance of textures and flavors. Both are delicious on their own but even better together“
“Got the mango mountain and it was delicious. It doesn’t taste like artificial powder flavour. Pearls were perfect and even though it said normal sugar, I didn’t find it overly sweet. Staff was quick and kind. Happy they’re here at Coquitlam centre. They also add bits of mango on top. Yum!“

“The restaurant serves good portion of food, the food is always fresh and delicious. They even have a claw machine inside the restaurant for the family with young kids to play with. One thing I think they can improve is the menu booklet. The condition of the menu booklet is a bit worn-down, some pages are dirty with food stains… other than that, I think it’s a great place for dining out!“

“Sharetea in Surrey (Guildford) area is a solid bubble tea choice in the area. I really love their wintermelon tea. Pearls were soft and chewy and the staff were great. I arrived 15min before closing and they were still warm and welcoming to my late-night order.“

“I avoid milk tea made with powder, so the fresh milk option at this place is delightful. It has a nice taste, but the topping is not sufficient. But anyways, I always order it here because Coco always uses powder, and it really makes me feel nauseous.A few good things about this place are:1. You don’t have to be friendly to the staff because apparently they are not nice to you. So feel free to stop saying “thank you” or “sorry” at this place. Nb cares.2. Despite employees seeming indifferent, if your requests are reasonable, they'll reluctantly help you out. Just be attentive when they make your drink to ensure you get the right one.3. The flavor of fresh milk tea is always delicious. My stomach will get upset if I consume the milk tea powder ( thanks to Coco), but I never experienced such a thing here with Sharetea.Overall I gave 5 stars to this place! :)“

“They have a very good selection and I bought Chocolate slush and Pinacolada Slush. Very nice tast. I can say it’s almost the same quality as the bubble world (bit less thickness than the bubble world. But I’m not reducing a start for that small thing)
Overall this s a really good place for a bubble tea at King George. 1min walk from the sky train station.

Today I bought a brown sugar pear and a Milk tea Triple.
Brown sugar pearl was good. But Milk Tea Triple was terrible. Jelly s disgusting and feels like it’s expired.
We had the same from Chartime yesterday and it was amazing. That’s why we wanted to buy another today from ur place. But we’ll never buy again from PresoTea.
I had to reduce a star This time.

“I drive all the way from Abbotsford for EMW, it is my absolute favourite! I always order the beef stir fry with only broccoli and the owner always makes it special as well as comes out to greet me. I HIGHLY suggest you give this place a try! You’ll be hooked. Love love love!“

“Unbelievable food, and more importantly, unbelievable service! Not only is the food amazing but also incredibly authentic. Our kids didn't want Poké, so it was nice to have tots and Mac n cheese as alternatives. You're not going to find more bang for your buck in terms of their drinks as well. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I think its the most amazing bubble tea i've ever had in my life! i'm a big fan of bubble tea but i've never tasted bubble tea like this! its out of this world. there are lots of kinds, like milk tea, fruit tea, slush, clouds, and many many different flavors. i like how you can choose how much ice and sugar you want in your drink. and i like that you can add jelly and pearls to your drink too. There are extraordinary flavors, many to choose from and i love to come here with my friends. and the price range is not to expensive, i love this place so much!“

“Location was easy to find, easy to park (plenty spots available), and lots of seating available inside.
They had a wall where there were games, but nothing that was usable. They were half broken or all the pieces weren’t there.
We ordered some boba - Thursday special and Royal MT with boba. Both were nice and gave the regular boba feeling. Would come again if I was passing by and had the craving, but nothing I would go out of the way for.“

“A very cute bubble tea place. Super accommodating of dietary needs and preferences. Also the bubble waffles here are delicious - they’re meticulous about cooling them so that they don’t get soggy!
Always very clean inside; very clean washroom as well.
They have board games on the tables so it is a fun environment. Very child friendly too!
