“Lou is an amazing employee. She always has a smile on her face and is so polite. We come in at least once a week with my Client and this location is always clean and the service is always wonderful. We go to different locations and the service is not always good so we continue to come back to this location. Customer service and eye contact is not very common these days so when I experience great customer service I will always let people know. She even stirs my coffee so that the Splenda is mixed in and not on the bottom. That is good Customer Service right there thank you for hiring incredible employees.“
“I keep coming to this location because of the super nice people that work here. I literally drive by 5 different Tim Hortons and at least 5 Starbuck on my way to work but will stop at this location every morning because of the wonderful staff. Everyone here is super friendly and kind, always greeting me with a big smile.
