“We have gone 3 times and absolutely love it. We have shared food between my family of 5 and our teens loved it all, both times!! My Husband and I have gone on our own and ended up sharing our meals, they were both sooo good!!!!
I have gluten sensitivity and my tummy does not feel a thing after eating here. Fresh, full of flavor and the staff are all so lovely and always checking on us at the perfect time.
We have had the salads, pizza, pasta, dessert and Espresso. The atmosphere is so great, we found ourselves watching the ovens and prep corner and you feel the business but it has never gotten loud or hard to hear.“

Beef wellington 9/10; my husband is obsessed with the idea of beef Wellington's after seeing it on a tv show. We tried it at the Gordon Ramsay and was very disappointed. This one did not disappoint. Husband loved it.

Garlic bread & creme brulee: 6/10. Average can be skipped

“I’ve been a semi-frequent customer at the Kokomo locations in Vancouver, but this was my first time at the Port Moody location. I stopped for a quick lunch and got the bean burrito. I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve tried at Kokomo and this was no exception. The burrito was flavourful and very filling. More complex flavours than the usual Southwest-style bean burrito.
Good vibes. The staff person up front was very friendly and always had a smile. The store design is bright and fun, and the tables were kept clean.
Vegans, vegetarians, or those inclined toward plant-based eating will most appreciate Kokomo, but the food is interesting and objectively good enough the I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something healthy but inspired.“

“Finally had cash on me and happened to go by during open hours!

I love and respect the short hours and cash only for a business that is obviously run by the namesake herself, Rehanah.

The curry is tasty, the roti is fresh. Be prepared for Caribbean spice if you are not used to it.“

“It is not a typical restaurant you would chose but we heard good things about the menue, quality and price ratio and gave it a try. The chicken corn soup was a warm hug on a cold and rainy day. Just like my grandmother would have made it. The hotpot dish was a nice crowning to keep the heat in the body. The flavourful combination of tofu,meat, aubergine and spice was great the dessert of mango pudding and the redbean dessert gave it a nice round up to the already hearty meal. The journey from north Vancouver was worth it.“

“The quality of this sushi (I cannot speak to anything other than the sushi, sashimi or nigiri) is the best I've had in the Lower Mainland. I've tried all the other sushi places in the area and none of them compare to Hanayuki. The only complaint I have is with the service, they're usually in a rush and under staffed, prioritizing take out meals over restaurant patrons. But I'd still say what they lack in service they make up for with food.“

“My wife and I have been to the boathouse numerous times, always enjoyed the meals and service is excellent. We were there for Valentine’s Day dinner and chose the set menu which was perfect , steak and lobster . We also ordered the appetizer calamari which was a big disappointment. There was very little calamari mostly zucchini, carrots, onions I just wanted calamari!It was listed with all those items on the menu but it is supposed to be a calamari appy.I did mention our disappointment to the waitress , she said she would tell the manager weather she did or not we don’t know as we were never approached by management .
Update , not sure how to respond to managers response .Judging by the managers response seems as he didn’t even read my review , I was unhappy with the lack of calamari for the inflated
