Reasonably priced, fresh, and tasty for an airport restaurant. I asked which of the bowls could be made vegan - none are vegan as listed on the menu but they kindly whipped up a delicious rice/tofu/veg bowl for me.
The cashier Kristina (or Katrina?) went the extra mile and had a custom vegan bahn mi made for me, thank you! The regular sauce had fish sauce, so to make it vegan they just use peanut sauce instead.
