“Trying to get a late night dinner with a friend past 9pm and this place was ideal as it closes at 11pm compared to other places in Richmond.

Although we were just slightly hungry, we ordered two pieces of sushi followed by a beef platter to grill. Food was great and aesthetics were good as well. Since it was more on the later side of the night, lots of tables were empty with minimal staffing.

As it was not my first time here, I am familiar with the BBQ and sushi options. The pricing is bit on the higher end, but it makes up for it especially the sushi options.

Complimentary 2h parking included makes this place easy to get parking space. Worthy recommendations for 5 stars.“

“I ordered the clams with glass noodles, the clams were smelly so I just ate one. Then I had a diarrhea for a whole day on the next day, and this is my first and only meal in a day so I am pretty sure that is a reason.

But I love the small bowl of some spicy items, dumpline with soup was sooo nice as well. Skewers were delicious and cheese osyter were amazing. I will go there again and I honestly hope the owner take more care on the food hygiene...“

“Recently ordered takeout through their online ordering system and there was no indication that there would be any additional fees, but when I went through checkout and checked the receipt, there was a maintenance fee just around $10% of the total bill that was added on. Would recommend calling in or going in person to place orders instead if you want to avoid that fee.“

“Vancouver's "No. 1 Roast Pork", the skin is thin and crispy, the meat is fat, lean, layered and fragrant, not too salty, but it tastes better when eaten in dine-in, because sometimes the take-out tastes different when the weather is cold and you can heat it up when you go home. I have been eating roast pork for many years. I have eaten it all over Hong Kong and Guangdong. In Vancouver, this is the best. The other "Cantonese roast pork" and "Ming X roast pork" are not on the same level.“

“We made a reservation for dinner on Apr 22nd because we went the weekend before and it was 1 1/2 hour wait. The food was really good but small portions. We booked for 5:30pm and left at 8pm and not by choice. We took our 7 year old. His food came within about 20-30 minutes. While we got our miso, edamame and salad one at a time, It took over an hour to get our BBQ meat, and longer to get our bowls of rice. 2 1/2 hours to get our bill (with me stopping someone to ask for the bill). Our son was super excited to cook meat but was getting upset with all the waiting. Quite honestly, the 2 adults with him were too. But I would give it a try again because the food was good“

“Really cool experience to have your skewers grilled right in front of you. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. Staff were super attentive, and friendly. They often came by to make sure nothing was getting overcooked. The staff are super detailed as well - when they helped us load skewers onto the grill, I noticed that they oriented the skewers on the grill relative to how many people were sitting on each side of the table.“

Seeing not a lot of people I was wondering would it be good, but I was blown away.The skewers are cheaper than outside and just tasted so amazing. Seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfection. Eating outside with the setting sun definitely sets a good mood to enjoy the food.Definitely need to try the lamb kidney, chicken knee, chicken soft bone and meat, beef tongue, and must order the Naan, it is more Northern Chinese Naan bread, and it is so soft and pillowy, we ate both of them so quickly.A must try in richmond.“

I can't speak for every restaurant, but I have tried the famous Richmond barbecued pork. The taste is very special. The barbecued pork will be grilled evenly, and the lean barbecued pork will not dry out and turn into meaty residue at the back (this happens in Guangdong barbecue)The roasted pork/roasted pork belly has crispy skin, with distinct layers of meat and fat, one inch each, and a total of about 4 inches long. The chef is very skilled.It’s my first time to buy a double combo. My overall rating is 9/10. The texture of the roasted pork is on par with Ming’s, but the care in preparing the barbecued pork and the special aroma are unique. I will definitely repurchase.“

Choice of bone-in or boneless and dry rub or sauce. The chicken was very moist and tasted great. Their dukbokki was also really nice.
