“Been coming to this location for about 15 years or so. Don’t believe I’ve ever reviewed this place, but I wanted to share something positive that happened today.

To make this short, there was an issue with my meal today. No big deal, it was taken off the bill. However, not only did the manager take it off the bill, he also gave me an extra appy on the house as well as give the person eating with me a free dessert. Pure class.

The manager’s name is Kevin and he handled the situation very well. Not only in regard to the bill, but his manners were top notch as well. I haven’t had service like this in a long time, so it was a very pleasant experience and now I can’t wait to return to this location.“

“The afternoon tea experience at Globe at YVR was delightful!

The ambiance is truly special, with stunning views of the North Shore mountains and watching planes take off from the glass windows - it's a unique experience.

The customer service was top-notch, from the moment we stepped into the elevator to the attentive host and our server, Cristinica, who was incredibly resourceful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The three-tier display plate was a feast, offering a wonderful variety of treats that were fresh and delicious.

Blueberry and Cranberry scones were delicious with cream and berry compote.

From savoury and sandwiches my favourites were Quiche with Salmon Caviar, Truffle & ham with mushroom and crispy Prosciutto.

Among sweet treats my favourite is the Tart with light chestnut and Pana cotta with raspberries and Bailey infused dark chocolate.

Tried Grand Bazaar spice tea and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Although the price may be a bit steep, I can confidently say that the experience is truly exceptional.

Whether you're looking to relax before a flight or celebrate a special occasion, Globe at YVR is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended.“

Would recommend if if your in a rush because you can eat and drive!

Thank you for your excellent customer service this morning when we bought food especially the lady in the cash register with a big smile who gave balloons to my kids and my friend’s children, and the other lady( Ganan) who helped us with our order, provided bag and even arranged our food inside the bag.
