Thank you for your excellent customer service this morning when we bought food especially the lady in the cash register with a big smile who gave balloons to my kids and my friend’s children, and the other lady( Ganan) who helped us with our order, provided bag and even arranged our food inside the bag. “This is a beautiful space with unparalleled views. Our seafood was very fresh and desert was on point. While our server was friendly, she disappeared for long periods of time, so service was spotty. Music was great but the acoustics magnified other diners conversation making for a loud atmosphere. This was especially true because there was a large family with four young children who were being allowed to run amongst the tables playing while their parents dined. This was disturbing the experience of other diners. I don't mind children, but I e never seen this in a nice restaurant. I would eat here again when overnighting at Vancouver airport, just adjust expectations.“
