“This is a nice and quiet McDonald’s, we always get table service and it arrives fairly quickly, so far we’ve been lucky and they always have the ice cream machine working 😆👍
Parking: Lots of free parking right out front
Kid-friendliness: Can sit outside and watch the planes take off form the airport or from the windows inside as well“
“May 14, Approximately 2:20am. I frequently visit this location due to its convenient proximity to my home. Each time, I utilize the drive-thru service. Tim consistently hands me my order at the window. I have considerable admiration for him. His passion for his work is evident. He consistently displays patience and a cheerful attitude when interacting with customers. Workers of his quality are rare in my experience at McDonald's. McDonald's Alderbridge is fortunate to have Tim. His job performance is exceptional.“
“I have been meaning to review this location for quite some time. Parking is terrible but the service is the best out of the mcdonald's restaurant in the area. Never had an order messed up until today lol. Ice coffee tasted like water and with zero vanilla and my cheese burger was dry with no mustard or onions. First time they have screwed up though.“
“It's a McDonald's but their consistency in delivering food without many mistakes makes them better than most McDonald's I ever been to and that's because the staff works hard and they were trained by a good team leader who is the manager. I've seen the manager run the team she is darn good at her job as a McDonald's manager and employee at the Ironwood Plaza McDonald's. 😃“
“Good McDonald's location. the food quality is good and the service is good. Atmosphere. It's a McDonald's, not a fancy steakhouse, what would you expect. I'll be honest, only get McDonald's Lunch/Dinner menu, don't get breakfast. Just get breakfast at another place. Their specialty is burgers and fries, not muffins.
Kid-friendliness: There's a happy meal. I can't really say much else. There's toys in it (or a book if your THAT type of parent.)“
“Called because I had. A mobile order and the drive thru was closed. Was told to walk to the drive thru window but I wasn’t sure if that was safe or permitted by McDonald’s corporate so I asked about this and instead of answering my question it was “okay if you don’t want to come to the window we can come to the front door.”
So yeah… still no clear answer. Will check with corporate.“
“This McDonald’s is always pretty efficient, even when it’s busy. I never have to wait long for my food.
The fries are consistently good—hot, crispy, and fresh almost every time. I think the high foot traffic helps since they’re always making new batches.
They recently had a chicken item (I think it was the McSpicy or something similar) that was surprisingly good. The chicken was tender and seasoned well, not dry at all.
Everything is done right. Just solid food and fast service. Five stars.“
