McDonald's in Richmond

“Easily and quite possibly the most beautiful and classic McDonald’s that I have ever been it! The clerk said that it was recently renovated, and it most certainly shows! They have a TV/screen that shows the history of McDonald’s in Canada, while you wait, and everything. Excellent service, too!“

“I had a really good experience today st this location. I placed a drive thru order through the mcdonalds app and had an issue with the order. A young girl asked me to come inside and was able to get my order. She handled it very well. I wish I remembered her name!“

“SHAKE SHAKE FRIES IS HERE AGAIN

This time is All dressed flavours, when you buy the fries and with the seasoning like the video i taken at this time

But i would like some other hong kong flavours, these past flavours are all from indian taste or all dressed, wanna to have some Hong Kong taste as well

Bet if that have those taste would have more people buy it , like in hong kong with the seaweed taste, that is popular in that season time

“Had such a great experience at this Mcdonalds location! The staff were friendly, vibes were awesome, and the food was excellent. Big shout out to Jas as she's someone who genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond, would definitely recommend this place!“

“It's a McDonald's but their consistency in delivering food without many mistakes makes them better than most McDonald's I ever been to and that's because the staff works hard and they were trained by a good team leader who is the manager. I've seen the manager run the team she is darn good at her job as a McDonald's manager and employee at the Ironwood Plaza McDonald's. 😃“

“Good McDonald's location. the food quality is good and the service is good. Atmosphere. It's a McDonald's, not a fancy steakhouse, what would you expect. I'll be honest, only get McDonald's Lunch/Dinner menu, don't get breakfast. Just get breakfast at another place. Their specialty is burgers and fries, not muffins.

Kid-friendliness: There's a happy meal. I can't really say much else. There's toys in it (or a book if your THAT type of parent.)“

“Called because I had. A mobile order and the drive thru was closed. Was told to walk to the drive thru window but I wasn’t sure if that was safe or permitted by McDonald’s corporate so I asked about this and instead of answering my question it was “okay if you don’t want to come to the window we can come to the front door.”

So yeah… still no clear answer. Will check with corporate.“
