“Our booth seat was broken, the food was dry, to the point where the sauce left a weird texture on the yakisoba noodles instead of being an actual sauce. Service was slow, brought food out at staggered tines instead of meals all at the same time, and didn't offer sugar or milk for tea. The menu has downsized compared to previous years, with many options for kids being removed. Children were not offered cutlery or chopsticks, and staff must have assumed children eat with their hands. The staff did not inquire how everything was, but avoided making eye contact as we reluctantly paid for our poor quality meal. For obvious reasons, we did not take our unfinished meals to go, nor would we ever consider going back.”

“Love the team members at this Starbucks! Lin is an exceptional barista. I always feel welcome when she knows what I want before I hit the counter to order. It’s not often that you felt ‘seen’ at a coffee shop and appreciated for your patronage. I just wish I could tip!!
Customer service isn’t easy and it’s getting increasingly difficult day by day as consumers can be demanding. Negotiating staffing, machine requiring repairs by vendors from far away, managing forecasts, keeping customers happy and well caffeinated is a tough job. Thanks for making my days better!!”

“We were passing through the castlegar and we tried the Wayback Burgers. At arrival I could tell the morden diner look is amazing. Food is even better than any other fastfood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality food and nice ambient. Service was also friendly!!”
