I agree its over priced, but way better than food in the sub and biblio has no hot food. yummy food though and there's tons of seating, not sure where you tried to sit..... a shame they have pizza so infrequently, not in the summer weekends or evenings. big mistake the hot dog place and changing the options every year, and why have gelato year round?? have something everyone can eat instead thats actually healthy and not a hot weather food“

“The Mod pizza in Langford was first the time we have eaten at this chain. The staff were super friendly and hilarious. Happy employees tend to produce the best product! We have since eaten at 4 locations and although this is their only location in Canada it has been the best one we've been to. Their concept of topping selection, fixed prices, etc is wonderful. The pizza itself is delicious and the salads are also great! Try their in house made drinks too! Very tasty!!“

“We've come in twice with our 3 kids and we love it. Food is delicious, big portions and they are very efficient and fast even though both times they have gotten quite busy shortly after we get there. Highly recommend the Pulled Pork Tots, absolutely delicious.“

“We’re working our way through all the Korean fried chicken restaurants in town and this one is close to great but not quite. The chicken batter wasn’t as tasty as the one on lower Yates. The atmosphere was fun and funky and if I lived here I’d probably stop by again and try it again.“

“I always have the best service at the Langford A&W restaurant and the food is as fresh as can be! I'm a regular at this location and seem to usually get the same server (Pindy). “Langford location - From the minute Miguel at the counter took our order, to when Luis was saying goodbye and holding the door for us on the way out, this fast food experience was unlike any other we have ever had! Miguel was incredibly kind and brought our food to our table too, with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. The Uncle burgers and onion rings were delicious and fresh! The ice cold mugs of root beer felt like we were going back in time to a day when fast food was fun too! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of with a great bright style and actual ambience which took me by surprise. “I went to the A & W on Douglas today at 3:21 today Jan 24 /24 Shelly took my order, she was very pleasent and friendly. very good front end service. However the food was cold, the order went in at the same time. Papa Burgers x 2 they came out right away, the onion rings x 2 took awhile OMG they were cold as well as the burgers cuz they were just sitting in a bag waiting. a 30$ plus bill the food wasnt worth it.“

“The only good Edo left on Vancouver Island. This restaurant doesn’t precook or overcook like the other locations, and still has the normal pricing. Portioning is also larger than the other locations, while still being extremely fresh. I used to be a regular of the Tillicum location, as I lived right beside it, but now I make the drive out here when I crave Edo. The franchisee is also super nice - he seems to remember my face from when I came in the first couple weeks this location opened. Staff are also super friendly and talkative.“

“Had the BEST poutine the other night! My husband and I often stop in for ice cream/blizzards but I was really craving something savory so I got a poutine and it was amazing! Lots of gravy and actual cheese curds! I was very impressed with the improvements in there since the new ownership took over - everything is digital now and WAY faster! The customer services was great, they even recognized me (maybe a sign we stop in for ice cream a little bit tooo much) :-)“

“Tonight After stoping in at liquor planet to grab a Fat Tug,I arrived at 703 Treanor Ave Dairy Queen at 10:53 and was warming greeted by the front counter attendant Yang, my surroundings where beyond clean. Her and late night team allowed me to order anything of the menu as they where still open till 11 PM she stated, I order a double mushroom burger onion rings, gravy and a banana split, not to mention toppings that where not included on the burger including lettuce & bacon.I was out the door by 10:59PM. In my to go bay the hot and cold items where separated and had napkins and spoon neatly placed in the bag. every single bit of food had no grease and was prepared with care in a healthy portion. Thank you will defiantly be bringing cash next time insure you receive a tip for your excellent customer service and kitchen 's staff culinary skill, something you do not receive from most dine in pubs or restaurants that are this near to closing time.Dairy Queen; you make make more than enough money to include a tip option on your point of sales system and have it distributed evenly among pay roll based on the hours recored from the POS system. “On Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 4:30, I enjoyed a meal at the Tillicum Mall's A&W, where my order was taken with a big smile by a personable and efficient young lady. I sat down at the back and found myself facing two workers whose job it was to clean the closed section of the restaurant. Honestly, I have never seen two people work so hard in my life! They flipped those tables over like ninjas and scraped away all the nasty gum and stuff people leave there. (Kids, pleeeease stop doing that!!) These ladies disinfected the underside(!) of all the tables and chairs legs (who knew). They determinably and energetically scrubbed away at more spots than I have ever even thought of cleaning. Even Sheldon Cooper would have approved! If you want a Covid-free restaurant, (or as close as you are ever going to get to it), head to the Tillicum A&W... These ladies are amazing. I hope their bosses recognise their fantastic work ethic and, ultimately, their value to the company- and reward them both with a great, big raise!“

“I price compared with 2 other tire shops in town about all seasom tires with the snow ratings on them. Not only did they beat them by about 200 to 400 dollars, but then added a Veteran's diacount too! They had great service on the day my tires were installed, I had been sitting there for about 2.5-hours and was about to walk up and ask about my service. Before I could even ask, Adam (Manager) said he was reducing my bills and explained why there was a delay. Thanks again!“
