“Always lovely, 100 yr anniversary tea, three tier plates of high team foods. Excellent. End April visit to Butchart Gardens, & Dining Room tea house. Beautiful gardens surrounding with tulips, daffodils, start of rhodos, saw a few blue poppies.“

“We visited Mango Thai for lunch today and once again, were thrilled with the food and experience. Nestled up in the Millstream mall area, owners Frank and Chef Ann always offer exceptional service and Thai flavours that are the best in the Westshore and Victoria. We have sampled many menu items (lunch and dinner) and they are all so consistently good it is hard to choose a favourite.

Today, we had the vegetarian pad Thai, and the Mango Thai Noodle soup that were served with a small salad or spring roll. Generous potions and the food came out quickly and hot. Both meals were delicious! Frank and Ann really make the effort every time we come to ensure our meals are exactly what we hoped for. It was!

Vegetarian options: I asked them to leave out the egg in the Tofu Pad Thai and there was no hesitation about leaving it out. Their menu references that most items can be made vegetarian.“

“Staff not friendly, I had at least 3 staff on separate occasions mention tourists and 'not knowing the routine'. Don't know why I keep going back there. Coffee also not good.“

“The food was great but the service and attentiveness was excellent! I'm newly celiac and the staff worked very hard to come up with substitutions to accommodate a strict gluten free diet and avoid any cross contamination. I told them let the chef decide for me and they brought out a beautiful platter of fantastic sushi, even decorated for the birthday we were celebrating. 10/10 will be back for sure (also the best pickled ginger in town!)“

“OMG what an amazing find! Fresh made food and generous portions! We had soup, a bowl, rice, and kombucha! All seemingly sourced locally, yeah!

Start with my meal - soup, rice, and kombucha. The soup was tomatoes basil, cashew, and pepper soup. The cashew was ground but not puréed giving the soup good texture. There was just enough basil to as that distinct flavor without overpowering the tomatoes. The pepper added a nice zip to it as well. Because I wanted a more solid meal - I added a side of jasmine rice which I promptly pour into the soup. Yes it was DELICIOUS! The kombucha was a citrus ginger that was tasty without being too zippy.

Hubby got the pacific rim bowl that had quinoa, spicy broccoli, grilled chicken breast, slaw, baby spinach, rice, tapenade type of dressing. He devoured it in nothing flat!

Planning on making this a regular stop when we visit Victoria from now on!“

The location is clean and convenient, with easy access from the highway if you’re heading to the ferry. Our order was ready quickly, and the quality was great as always. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Panago location again soon!“

Had a terrible first experience here and it left me flat out not wanting to return with my business. I’m a local photographer and often take clients for meals in order to consult prior to bookings. Needless to say my first experience ended up costing me far more than just a meal. However, I decided to take a chance and return tonight as some considerable time has passed and might I say HOLY SMOKES. Our food and drinks were delicious and fairly priced, and our server Anna was an absolute gem. She was extremely kind, very attentive to our needs without being overbearing, and quite honestly the way she interacted with us made us both feel like family. She was honestly just the sweetest thing. Thanks to this incredible young lady’s amazing service, I will 100% be returning on a more consistent basis. So happy this eatery is a part of our community! 5 stars.“

“I like Panago more than other pizza places. Their sweet mustard dip is sooo good. They also make vegetarian and vegan pizzas, which is much appreciated.

Vegetarian options: Meat free pepperoni (Yves) and beyond meat options. Mozza cheese is free from rennet and they also have vegan daiya cheese.

Dietary restrictions: Tons of meat-free and vegan options. Gluten-free options available for those with sensitives. They will make pizzas with olive oil instead of sauce if you are sensitive to alliums or nightshades.

Parking: Always parking spaces available and the parking is right in front of the pizza place.

Kid-friendliness: Will customize pizzas for picky eaters (e.g. no sauce). They also have beyond chick'n tenders and child-friendly dips available so kids of all diets can find something they like here.“

“This is my first time at this location and the staff were so sweet specifically Peggy. I had my son with me and I wasn’t able to eat so she offered to hold him so I could enjoy my meal. I’ve never felt more seen as a mom. She deserves a raise. Thank you Peggy for making my meal so enjoyable❤️“
