“We always enjoy Sarpinos on those busy don't want to cook nights. As a family of 7, there's something for everyone. It's easy to order and we usually pick up, which is easy as well. We had a mishap with delivery once and Sarpinos staff and owner handled it gracefully. They were very accommodating and kind.
We find the customer service at Sarpinos Shawnigan is always kind, welcoming and they are fast!

“It was a wonderful experience as it always is unfortunately, we did not realize that the menu had changed and therefore it was only a brunch menu so we were a bit disappointed because we were looking forward to the mushroom ravioli, which is our favourite nonetheless breakfast. “⁣ Earlier in December I was in Duncan running errands and stumbled across Westfalian bakery cafe tucked away in its own little spot. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but inside was a huge assortment of traditional baked goods and Korean-inspired treats! ⁣ By the time I got there (around noon), most of the Korean pastries were already sold out, but out of what I did grab, the carrot cake was the standout; spongy, light, and perfect with my coffee. ⁣ Next time you’re in Duncan, pop in and check them out!”

They go above and beyond to accommodate dietary requests (if it is within their limitations) and always communicate well.
The staff are friendly and efficient.

“West Coast Fish N Chips : The fish is cooked to perfection( we usually get cod). The fries are home cut with skins on, have to say coleslaw is a bit chunky for some people who wear dentures.. ( I enjoy it) Staff is great!, the prices have stayed reasonable, maybe because they haven’t renovated 🤔and We love the ambience!!!”
