“It’s actually.. a pub? Somewhere where you want to spend time with your mates.
It’s a really warm and inviting place. Food’s super solid and well priced. Great selection of drinks. Staff have always been friendly and really accommodating if we’ve ever had to ask for a table in advance for showing games or special events.

“This place is what I was looking for, heathy and fresh options, even for vegetarians. Ross and Emersion were kind, and helpedpful, I was not sure what to eat, when I told Ross this what I feel like eating, he made an amazing healthy lunch. He was very kind. Thank you both you, that day you made my day. Affordable price. Highly recommend. I will go again. 😀“

“Beautiful food presentation. Staff was super friendly. Not a big fan of the flavours, but that might just be my palette. I got the vegan poutine, which was more like fries with a bunch of different veggie toppings and didn't taste like traditional poutine. I also got the vegan veggie supreme pita wrap, which was alright as well. I didn't love the sharper, punchy flavours, but the rest of my table said the food they ordered was good.“

“We always stop here every time we drive to Squamish. We tried something different today with the holiday menu and steak, and the usual pirate pack for kids. The holiday dish was actually very delicious and I’d say worth it! Meat was soft and practically melt in your mouth! Thanks to the team they provided great service and we really enjoyed the meal- Now I have enough energy for the drive back to Vancouver 😀“

“Joe Pesto’s is one of those places that keeps it simple—and actually does it well. The food is consistently solid, the portions don’t mess around, and the flavours hit without trying too hard. You can tell they care about what they’re serving.
Service is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy, which in a town like Squamish matters. It’s casual, unpretentious, and dependable—exactly what you want when you’re grabbing a meal out and don’t feel like gambling on quality.
Not trendy. Not trying to be Instagram-famous. Just good food, done right, and a place you’ll keep coming back to because you know what you’re getting.“

“Clubhouse sandwich and Big mountain burger. What a deal $16-17 each and comes with fries. Food met expectations, a classic diner experience. Highly recommend if you want something simple, delicious and not overly priced. Service was fast and staff were friendly.“

“My chicken burger was delicious, worth every penny. The guy who took my order was terrific. However, having to go to a different food location to order and pay for a coffee and then wait between 15 and 20 minutes for my food to be ready, was unacceptable. Cannot imagine how much longer the food would take when the place is busy.“
“We dined in recently at the Brewing Company and enjoyed the Daily Soup (home made vegetable), Fish and Chips and the Classic Burger.
The ambiance in the restaurant was wonderful and we expect the views and the patio would be amazing in the Summer! So, looking forward to a Summer visit.
We also enjoyed the Sky Pilot Pale Ale!
Our Server was Alex and was very helpful, and professional.
All in all a wonderful experience and the location is a bit of a hidden gem!“

“We stop by for late lunch before head back to Coquitlam. We were seated by the access and were not busy at all. Friendly staff and quick service. We ordered for our child in advance and the food was brought fairly quick so he can eat right away. We ordered a burger and a Phill deep which I live because it comes with a side (I ordered garlic smashed potatoes) and peppers inside additionally I ordered an extra gravy. Def a place to stop by if you want some comfort food.“

“Great variety of palettes and portions that seem well-rounded. Only sat down for beverages for the first visit, but overall a great first impression of service and atmosphere. I am primarily a zero proof seeker and got to try A Beer for Ants and the Dentville Ginger Beer. Both complimented each other well and I had to get a second round of the Ginger beer. Well worth the 1h drive away to also pick up limited edition cans. Thanks Backcountry Brewing team for the warm welcome. Looking forward to returning to try the kitchen offerings.“
