“The Backyard is a typical neighborhood bar in Squamish. They offer a fairly varied menu and seem to make an effort to provide plenty of options.
The food was average overall. The burger could have come with a few more fries, the wings were a little dry, and the pizza was okay but nothing particularly special. The salad, however, was quite good.
Our waitress was kind, attentive, and made an effort to help us. There are TVs showing sports, but it doesn’t really have the atmosphere or setup of a proper sports bar.“

“Had a really great experience at Saha Eatery in Squamish. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The portions were generous, and everything tasted like it was prepared with care. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was also really nice and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal in Squamish. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Our party of 5 had a variety of different offerings from the 3-course prix fixe menu and we weren't disappointed by any of them. I had the evening special of elk burger. Best burger I've had in years. The food and the service have both improved since the change in ownership a few years back, but the vibe and the ambiance are largely intact. We will go more often.“

“My chicken burger was delicious, worth every penny. The guy who took my order was terrific. However, having to go to a different food location to order and pay for a coffee and then wait between 15 and 20 minutes for my food to be ready, was unacceptable. Cannot imagine how much longer the food would take when the place is busy.“
“My family and I decided to try this restaurant out for our late lunch after hiking nearby. The employees were friendly with great service, food was delicious and what I like most was all 3 of us got our dishes at the same time as we couldn’t wait! Overall I would definitely return here again when we visit Squamish!“

““No sushi, no life!” Came here after a day of riding Whistler and was not disappointed. Called ahead and did take out and the food was ready right when they said it would be. Friendly, fast and super tasty! We just did some basic rolls and a few specialty rolls and all of them were fantastic.“
