“Came here for dinner with my family after viewing the 2024 Millionaire Lottery prize home. My wife had a craving for Korean tofu soup and they had it here.

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and at the corner of the strip mall. Inside of the restaurant was cozy and had a few tables for seating. We ordered the mozzarella sticks (my kid wanted it), beef bibimbap, spicy pork soft tofu soup and fried chicken (1/2 original, 1/2 sweet soy).

My kid enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as it was crispy and gooey in the inside with the cheese but said it was too little for $11. The beef bibimbap was ok but would had preferred to choose the amount of spicy sauce we want to put in it for mixing. The spicy pork soft tofu soup was ok as my wife said she had better but it had fish balls in it which was interesting. The star of the show was the fried chicken. It was crispy and juicy and the sweet soy version was not too sweet and was just enough sauce that didn't overpower the chicken.

The only critic I have with this place is that there was no sides served in addition with our food like kimchi, sweet potatoes, etc.

While this is ultimately outside of the owner’s control, it is something to keep in mind when planning your visit. Overall, this restaurant offers great food, outstanding service from Angelo, and a welcoming atmosphere from the owner. If the location improves over time, it would truly make this spot a hidden gem.“

“The Nigiri Combo was an absolute standout. Each piece of fish was fresh and beautifully presented. The balance of flavors—between the delicate fish and perfectly seasoned rice—was sublime.

We also tried the Tataki, which was bursting with flavor. The light, smoky char on the outside with the tender texture inside was a true highlight.

The Tempura was crisp and golden. It was light and not greasy at all.

The Mentaiko Pasta was delightful. Creamy, rich, and slightly spicy, the sauce perfectly coated the pasta.

The facilities at the island Foot Clinics are very clean and orderly and you do not feel intimidated at all. I'd be bringing my child here as he is in need of a very good podiatist.
