“I come to this McDonald’s often — for a walk with a coffee, a little snack, or weekend breakfast — and it’s truly the cleanest location I’ve ever visited. Especially in the mornings, I often see the team cleaning the floors and keeping everything tidy.
But the best part is the staff. They are always so friendly, but today I was especially touched. I was holding my baby while waiting to pick up my order, and one of the staff asked if I was dining in. When I said yes, they told me to just take a seat and they would bring the food to me. Such a small gesture, but it meant so much.
I already loved that this McDonald’s is close to home, but now I feel even happier every time I visit. Thank you for the great service! 😊💛“
“I worked a late night tonight and on my way home I decided to stop the McDonald's at this location - 176 and 64. A staff member name Sam served me☺️ I believe she is a manager!
SAM it's because of you. I will continue to come to this location she definitely knows what customer service is supposed to be like , she smiled she was polite. She was genuine. The whole experience was phenomenal ☺️
She was 100% from beginning to end. Perfect! In every way I would give that girl a raise and because of Sam I will continue to come to this location. Most people will write a review. Use your negative. They don't take the time to share positive experiences such as today for me. I think it's important that we make that time and I wanted to do this because I know what it's like on the other end. And as I mentioned, that girl deserves a raise Sam. Thank you so much! Because of you, I will tell my friends and I will continue to come to this location. You made my night!
We need more people like her. Also coming in at this time of night cuz I work late. This restaurant was tidy everywhere windows were clean, doors were clean. The parking lot was clean. Clean tables. Clean floor, clean bathrooms and she wasn't just focused on the dryer. See she is very wireless surroundings of her team. Other customers phenomenal people should pay staff more money for the job they do. People need to appreciate it's not just flipping burgers. It's a whole lot more to it. I'm so happy that I went to this location because a lot of the industry customer service is not like it used to be. It's going downhill so I hope that. Sam grows in this industry and spreads her traits because she's just amazing.

“Yesterday night a couple of really rude self entitled elders were giving hell to the poor employee there because they couldn't grab their door dash pick-up, despite showing up 45 minutes after closing time ( the restaurant close an hour before the Walmart, CLEARLY indicated )Despite being filmed by those morons the ladies cleaning up kept their cool and stayed polite with them.Everytime I go there food is all right and so is service, keep up good work guys!“

“The young man at the cash register was welcoming and energetic and listened carefully to my order. He was so polite and very efficient and quick. I don't normally give reviews about McDonald's but I was impressed with the whole thing. From being greeted warmly and then getting my food fast but it was hot ! Not very often do I get super hot fresh fries! The drink station was immaculate! Actually everything was very clean and no sticky, greasy floors. Didn't use the bathroom but after my meal I got an ice cream cone and it was FULL to the bottom of the cone ! 🤯 I will definitely be telling everyone I know what a great McDonald's this is!“
“I was all sorts of confused when one of the team members handed me my Big Arch & Dill Fries in one of the Happy Meal boxes; and tickled but equally surprised by the pair of socks included in it. Then I realized one of your team members must have seen me looking at the new Christmas design of the kids' boxes and thought maybe I would like one. Well, I have especially large pizza feet and was able to pass on the socks to a lady who was in at the same time as I was, who needed them more - But, I wanted you to know this made my day! “I really like this location. Been going here for 3 years and the food has always been fresh, never burned. Service is kind and consistent. They havent messed up any orders and have always followed spec instructions.
Hopefully I dont jinx it but the location is convenient and it seems management is consistent and committed to quality.

“I went for a drive thru and ordered breakfast this morning but unfortunately, the order taker took my coffee order wrong (ordered plain black coffee but received a coffee with a milk and lots of sugar).
