“I’ve been in Irish pubs all over Europe, the US and Canada from Toronto to Vancouver. Great pub, service, atmosphere and the old fashioned Irish craic and banter with staff, especially a young Irish lad, Luke. I’ve a friend visiting Vancouver next month and Donnellan’s highly recommended.“

“I parked my car at the basement of this Pub's building last Saturday for the firework around 8:30pm. I came back around 11:30pm but seems the gates to the car park were all locked. I was shocked and went into this Pub for help. Their colleagues were very helpful and guided us to the lift to basement car by his fob. They were so so helpful and I promised next time when I invite friends for a drink, I will go there.“

“Great atmosphere, Guinness wa good and they had an Irish breakfast on the menu and allowed me tonsil outside with my dog no problem.
Unfortunately the breakfast- despite advertising on the menu - had no black or white pudding. It was good but dont waste your time for a real breakfast.“

“We ordered a delivery of food from The Frying Irishman for an office party last week. The staff at The Frying Irishman helped out with the order for 20 people by recommending what to get and what quantities etc. The food was delivered to the office on time and it did not disappoint! We got chicken fillet rolls, chips, spice bags, battered sausages and battered mushrooms, everyone in the office was very satisfied with all of the items. My favorite item was the spice bag, it was 10/10 and I will be ordering it again! We had plenty food to feed everyone and a little bit left over that a few of us could take home for later. I should have got more photos of all the food but it didn't last too long out on the table :) Highly recommended.“

“It’s a heatwave 🥵 in Vancouver so I was glad of a nice comfortable attractive place with good air conditioning. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was good.“

“Good pub. Nice atmosphere, friendly folks, good menu options, some traditional pub food and decent vegetarian options. Standard draught choices from the bigboys as well as some from local breweries. Several different areas where you can sit, in case you want to avoid the big screen tellys. Mens room could have been cleaner. Will come back again!“

“Actually, we went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food and drinks were appealing and delicious. However, despite mentioning our purpose of visit on the booking and mentioning to our server verbally before ordering dessert.. they didn't even put a candle on the piece of a cake as we could see others beside us were getting celebrated for their special days, with whole team bringing the cake and candles, which was disappointing Other than, this conflict, the location was mesmerizing and food was amazing.“
