Exceptional customer service. I was really surprised at how efficient and responsive the young man working the store was alone. I took my niece and nephew here to treat them and was met with a line of 4 or so people. I had expected a long wait but was surprised when we got to the front in what felt like 5 minutes. New bubble tea shop by 1st and Renfrew.Parking is available along Renfrew.The place is nice and modern. Pretty spacious, though it does feel a bit bare with the concrete floor. There are some tables and chairs. Personally I would avoid the window (sill) seating - it is like sitting on concrete. Not to mention the seatback is completely vertical.Staff are friendly and helpful.I had the Thai iced tea. Totally hit the spot. I was definitely happy.Wouldn't mind coming back. Recommended.

Lovely service, good drinks but needs more staff. Service is slow because only one person was working so it took 10+ minutes for her to take my order as she was working on many drinks at once. Ambiance is nice but this location has consistently warm temperatures starting in the fall, so wear layers you can take off if you plan on sitting in.
