“First time here and it was an incredible experience. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, bringing out extra chairs from the back for our entire party. The bathroom was also meticulously clean and the atmosphere very warm and cozy.“

“Popular bakery located right on Peachland. Had the Crantastic Turkey, Banana Bread,
Pasta Salad, and Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Gotta say that the pasta salad was really good - creamy dressing and crunchy veggies with the pasta with a hint of dill. Came back here a few times looking for it again but never found it (not sure if it was sold out or if they only make it on certain days).“

“First time coming in. It is connected to the brewery , it was good weather so we could sit outside but indoor seating is only on the brewery side.
Staff was friendly and they have a big menu of coffee and drinks.
In the display there are some baking items , we tried a smartie cookie and a brownie.
The brownie came dipped in a layer of chocolate. Smartie cookie was soft and fresh.
Tried a hot latte which was well made. Also a lemonade + strawberry added.
Dogs are allowed on one half of the patio.“
“On a Friday I found out that I needed a printed sugar sheet for the Tuesday morning after a long weekend. When I called them, Daphne was very helpful and took the time to be sure of everything she told me and communicated very clearly. I got exactly what I needed and on time. The price was less than I expected.
Very pleased with the service and I will definitely be going back.“

“Thats it bliss bakery! Thats all thats left of some of the best sourdough I have ever had!!! But, I live in Hope, what am I supposed to do with the rest of my life???? 🤣 Lol! All jokes aside, you have a kind staff, great hot chocolate and amazing sourdough 🤗 Hope I get to visit again!“
“Stopped in at Voila Pastry & Cafe yesterday. The display counter was so beautiful and I had a hard time choosing. There were macarons and other beautiful cookies. I selected three cakes: Raspberry Chambord, Lemon Merengue and a chocolate. They were AMAZING! Some of the best cakes / tortes I've ever had. Definitely will be back for more.“

“Went here today to start our support for Canadian bussinesses.The location was good, easy parking, and the service was great.
There was a nicer selection of drinks than what I was expecting which made my choice difficult. The drinks were very tasty! We will return and encourage everyone to check out this location and support Canadian business! Lots of good looking treats too!“

Shaper's pie is also made at the shop. It's good that hot soups are served hot.
The lemon chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and the accompanying salad was delicious.
I would like to try breakfast next time.

“First time to stop by here and I was not disappointed. My kids loved their chocolate cookies and they willingly sat on the corner while finishing their cookies ❤️ The staff were very nice as well. I must commend the washroom is very clean too! 🥹 The only thing I wish they can add is the accessible doors. It will be easier for parents with strollers/ wagon and for people on a wheelchair.“

“I really love this location, everything from the food, staff, etc., is fantastic, my only complaints is I wish when it came to online orders, that staff was made aware that when packaging items, it's not a good idea to place muffins on top of donuts with icing or to place said donuts up against a hot beverage. Whie an adult might be okay with the icing on their donut being stuck to a paper bag, a young kid does not. The frustrating part is you guys have boxes for donuts with toppings, but yet you don't think to use them for online orders. I have tried using the space to specify having the donut placed in a box when ordering online, and not once has the staff read it or acknowledged it, just food for thought!!!“

“I am a regular at this coffee shop and Talei always gets my favorite coffee right every single time. I really appreciate that she remembers my order without asking and her friendly service makes the whole experience so much better. Talei is definitely one of the best baristas I have ever met.❤️❤️“
