“This is my go to place in Kelowna, and I suggest the chronic first world problem complainers go elsewhere to complain. The staff for the most part is diligent and the food and drinks are second to none.“

“Everything looked and tasted so good that I forgot to take a photo before we started eating.
Super friendly staff that clearly has a good relationship with their customers.
The donut selection is crazy and the drinks are always unmatched!
Dietary restrictions: They have milk alternatives“

“My wife and I tried various baked goods: a pulled pork roll, salty chocolate cookies, a pecam tart, almond croissants and a spinach and feta croissant. There was also a house brew coffee with espresso in it.
First of all: By Canadian standards, the coffee tasted quite good, from a European perspective (otherwise, in my opinion, the brewed coffee in CA is mangy, there is never fresh coffee from a fully automatic machine).
The baked goods are all our own interpretations. So please don't expect the light, crumbly pastry from France when it comes to croissants. The almond thing, for example, was quite large and powerful. BUT: Everything tasted excellent, was not bitterly sweet (as usual in CA), but was very balanced in taste.
The staff was very well organized and friendly.
An absolute visit recommendation!“

“It's a really cool little coffee shop with a dog friendly patio, but be prepared to pay high prices.
We got a Latte , dirty Chai, and 2 crossiants $20.75! Insane prices lol 4$ a crossiant which tasted like the ones from Costco.
Aside from that, the coffees were delicious, but I wouldn't bother getting any of the plain baked goods based on our crossiant experience.
5/5 for coffee and the patio, but the 4$ crossiants really killed the mood, especially since they're definitely not baked in store.“
“FRIGGEN AMAZING! So good, must get the Nanaimo bar and double chocolate brownie!“

“Stopped in to pick up lunch for my colleague and I while we were in the area for work. First off I have to say that this is an adorable place with the friendliest staff. I got a grilled cheese and he had a coffee with pulled pork grilled cheese. By far the best grilled cheeses we have ever had! My colleagues coffee was "fruity" but I'm told that's a good thing. We can't wait to stop back in next time we're in the area!“
“Stopped in at Voila Pastry & Cafe yesterday. The display counter was so beautiful and I had a hard time choosing. There were macarons and other beautiful cookies. I selected three cakes: Raspberry Chambord, Lemon Merengue and a chocolate. They were AMAZING! Some of the best cakes / tortes I've ever had. Definitely will be back for more.“
“Best sourdough I have ever had! Toasted even better.“
“A place to experience a morning with friends in a gentle and pleasant way with great coffee. The owner operated coffee bar is the comfortable neighborhood vibe that gives a sense of belonging.
And the sunny yellow crockery is the icing on the cake. I felt a glow of their caring about their customer's wellbeing.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿️ parking and easy access to entry and maneuvering within.“

“Came in yesterday for an iced coffee and a cold drink for my 4 year old daughter. The woman working was so kind and friendly and went out of her way to help us. She made a chocolate milk drink even though it wasn’t on the menu. Also love that there was a pride flag in the store ??️??️⚧️“
“Feels like homemade.
Shaper's pie is also made at the shop. It's good that hot soups are served hot.
The lemon chicken sandwich had plenty of toppings and the accompanying salad was delicious.
I would like to try breakfast next time.
You can use Wifi next door (lol)“

“After trying most of the independent coffee shops in Kelowna, this is by far the best! Coffee is just fantastic, a few more food options than the others around and the service is just lovely! For those that want to work, there is power and wifi (although a little slow it works well enough). Highly recommend!“

“I like this Tim Hortons location! It seems without the drive through service, the staff literally have time to deliver quality service and products. The more smiles on the staffs faces make more smiles on the customers' faces! Definitely will return again for the Chili!“
