When I went to the Fort Langley location I had their gold digger drink, I was very impressed with all the flavour combinations! Fresh tandoori chicken, fish and goat curries, fresh naan, hot chai tea, large selection of (pasta) salads, layers of flavour in gulabjamun, moist brownies, very friendly service, free parking and cool air conditioning. Gr8 service, tender beef in the Italian Sandwich and that Calabrian relish! Garlic parm wedges were perfectly deep fried and seasoned.
Pizzas were thin,crispy and topped with quality fresh ingredients for a simple satisfying meal. Our entrees were flawlessly prepared with superb attention to detail and plated artfully.
Liberty kitchen is a fine example of a small specialized menu served correctly.
