“Good, strong coffee. The place is very spacious. Has plenty of outlets for students or for doing work. High top tables with stools and plenty of low top tables and chairs. They have a book check out wall similar to a library. Entrance in the front and the back. They have merchandise by the order window and art and plants for sale inside. Parking can be difficult, especially on the weekends. Large menu. You're sure to find something. LGBTQ+ friendly. It did take over 10 minutes for a pour over with no one else in the store. Other than that the place was very cool.“

“Anthony and Ayanna made my visit to Kung Fu Tea an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service really stood out and made my day.

It's not often you come across employees who care so much about their customers, but Anthony and Ayanna absolutely do. They made me feel valued, answered all my questions with a smile, and created such a great atmosphere.

“This is my go to poke spot whenever im in the area. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and fresh ingredients. I got the ahi salmon with tuna, half white rice half spring salad. All the tasty ingredients and toppings. The crushed hot cheetos topping adds a nice little kick, a must try if you like spicy cheetos.

“This place wasn't busy at all, and their drinks are GREAT!! The boba'a texture has been mastered, but it doesn't really have a taste. The drinks have balances the sweetness very well, and the flavor is spot on! They also have kind staff, and desserts for sale too. ALSO, THEY MADE THE DRINKS SO FAST??? Like... 2 drinks would only take a minute. I'm quite strict, but this place nails it! Great job! (Bonus, there's board games there that you can play!)“

“V tea house is a small shop with great vibes!
The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
We got a blended Thai tea with honey boba and a Taro milk tea with honey boba.
Both drinks were delicious and not too sweet like other shops.
Which was greatly appreciated.
Prices are reasonable.
This shop does charge for the boba but it's only .75 cents which isn't that much.
I do prefer shops that give the boba free of charge but it's ok.
Overall V tea house is pretty good and we'd most definitely return.“

“I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Their quality, service, and food hit the mark all the time. They catered for my graduation and the campus uses them too! My favorite are the fresh made juices, chicken sandwich, and strawberry donuts.“

“I love the boba! I’m very picky on my boba too and theirs are perfect and they added the right amount. I will say, mine had regular amount of sugar, but still not sweet enough even after stirring and shaking well. So if you want it sweet, ask for more sugar, because I relying on the boba more for the sweetness. But great flavor of the tea. Will try again“

I got the hokkaido and it was pretty good. It tasted like caramel toffee and oolong combined. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The boba wad also more on the firm side.

Next time I will order the honey matcha latte I think or Dirty MT.“

“Our family has been coming here since opening. Their drinks are great! Love the variety of matcha drinks available. When their is a mistake on a drink (which is rare) they make it right. We also like their free drink program.

Annie was our most recent server...she was awesome! We'll be back again as usual this week.“

“Drinks were a little cheaper than Kung Fu tea, they have one size only, but a large variety of drinks and add ons! I was visiting from Colorado, will return to ICED-T HOUSE next time we're in town. Customer service was AMAZING and the wait...a couple minutes and all 4 drinks were ready!“

“This place was good and offered great fresh poke but recently it has gone down hill and closed sometimes I've gone due too staffing the rice was under cooked poke had a funny taste to it and sauces had no flavor. Like I said it was good before about a year ago.“

“A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car.“
