“Heard good things about this place so my wife and I had to try it. Glad we did. It's a Mexican Seafood restaurant. The restaurant is small, only sits about 45 people ( they are available on Door Dash). I had the shrimp enchiladas with green sauce and refried beans and rice. The enchiladas were loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp. The green sauce was outstanding. Loved the refried beans and I'm very picky about them. They started us with chips and salsa, both homemade and both were terrific. My wife also raved about her Michelada. We will definitely be eating here in the future.“

“Although the menu has changed since the days of when I lived nearby, I still come here for the food. I now live in wisconsin, but I haul expedite loads in a sprinter van. I have been out this way about every 3 weeks. And I don't miss a visit here. It's one stop I always look forward to.“

“Cucas is a local favorite when it comes to burritos! I've been a fan since '06 and their quality has not gone down! The outside is very unassuming, but their customer service and food is always fire! I also love that there's plenty of parking in the back“

“Facility was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient in taking our orders. We received our food relatively quickly given they had a few other customers in the restaurant and everything was up to par with the usual quality I expect from Rubio's, which is one of my favorite local chains. Looking forward to returning to this “

“Been there for breakfast and lunch. Food is great (love the chips and salsa bar), and the service is fast. The seating is comfortable, the ambiance is nice - family oriented, and even with the various sports tv's you can still hear each other speak without yelling. Oh and don't forget that you can get adult beverages if that suits your fancy.“

“I love their specials, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I think they should have a "Refried Friday" where bean cups and tostadas are on sale. By themselves, the bean tostadas are a little pricey, so would really like to buy three for a decent price.“

“I love this location and the people are very friendly! but it closes too early and it’s closed on Sunday. Rosa Marias needs to change this locations hours of operations to 9am-8pm because closing at 6pm is right at dinner time. Plus on Sundays it’ll be good to close at 6pm gives us residents time to enjoy our delicious Rosie’s!“

“I have visited this location twice and the only reason it's not receiving five stars is because our visit yesterday had two minor issues the first of which was completely understaffed for the volume of customers in the restaurant and the second my fajitas we're supposed to be for two people and half steak half shrimp however that was not the case. To clarify the restaurant was packed wall to wall and I counted four servers total including the bartender and those young men were flying around that restaurant they couldn't have moved any faster if they had jetpacks on. Honestly whoever manages that place needs a serious talking to because they needed at least four more servers to accommodate the volume of customers it was ridiculous to expect those young men to keep up with that volume it was impossible I have no idea how they were doing as well as they were truly. The other issue was that my fajitas were supposed to be for two people and we requested them to be half steak half shrimp. When the fajitas arrived about 15 minutes after everybody else at the table received food, oh there was mostly vegetables with a nice handful of overcooked shrimp and maybe a tablespoon of thinly shredded extremely dry beef. Unfortunately I was the one who wanted the beef and even after I picked every single tiny piece out of the dish it wasn't enough to make one taco so I ended up with a pile of vegetables in a tortilla was very tasty but there was just nothing to speak of and the tiny tiny bit of beef that there was happened to be so overcooked that it was almost inedible and I didn't have the heart to bring it to the attention of my server because that man was flying through that restaurant and I just didn't want to stop him he was working so hard and it wasn't his fault he didn't cook it. I knew if I sent it back it would be a half hour before I got a replacement dish and everybody else was already done eating so I just went home hungry my granddaughter ate the shrimp that was in the dish and she's 8 years old so she wasn't aware that it was very much overcooked she was just excited to be eating fajitas with Grandma so she ate it and she was full so that's all that mattered but I think something needs to be done because it's a beautiful restaurant and the flavors were amazing the previous visit was not nearly as busy and I did not have as a negative of his experience as far as food was concerned. I will say that the rest of the people eating with me I had no issues with their food however nothing that they ordered was cooked at the time in other words it was all stuff that had been cooked prior to dinner service such as green chili and chili colorado these things simmer all day in a pot and are just served out into a tortilla it's nothing that has to actually be cooked to order like a fajita. So I don't know about going back I'm kind of on the fence it was very expensive $30 and I left hungry I mean $30 was my meal and I left hungry so I don't know if we'll go back or not I'm torn we'll see what happens but if management reads this it's not fair to those servers and your chefs to overload them like that you need to hire a few extra people to accommodate your customers when it's busy like that and definitely do something about your steak fajitas I mean maybe I caught you on a bad night and you know the guy who was making my meal didn't have his glasses on and didn't realize that he didn't give me any steak that I just had vegetables I don't know but anyway there you have it and if anybody's reading this and wants recommendation the food is good it's very good I don't recommend going when it's busy though I would go an hour before dinner or an hour after the dinner rush go at an odd hour of the day so you can get good service and hopefully more attention to detail on your plate if you're ordering something that needs to be cooked to order other than that mean food is good I think I said that a“

“Ambiance: just some small-town wholesome fun. Gadgets for the lil ones, and thoughtfully placed TVs throughout the joint for the big ones. Food: I've only had wings. Hot. Crispy. Good. Blue cheese and ranch. I'lll try other bar food menu items next time. Service: Ive sat in the family wild side and service has always been consistently attentive. Ive sat on the grownup side, service has always been consistently attentive. Ive come for a couple big games and was surprised service was still legit. Just a cool SPACIOUS spot to chill, watch your games or play some games.“

“We order takeout from Cuca's 2-3 times per month. When I went on February 19, Jessica W. was working the front desk. She was super friendly, got my special order exactly correct, and was fast and effiecient. I wish she was there all the time! She will make a great server if that's what she wants to be.The food is great at Cuca's, but recently has been inconsistent, especially in portion size. Once in February my enchilada had barely any sauce and dinky portions of rice and beans, while my wife's taquitos had a very small portion of guacamole and again, tiny portions of rice and beans. Normally I can get two meals out of my order, but this time barely got one satisfying meal.“

“El Burrito is a historical walk-up or “hole n the wall” style food spot that packs a punch with its original flavors and family style food. The homemade tortillas are delicious and remind me of a good pizza dough flavor. My Go-to is the Colorado Steak burrito and Ground beef tacos with that Chile Verde sauce!!! ??“

“Love this albertos, it's my go to for my lunch break during the week, a simple bean and cheese holds me over with 4 of their salsa Verde. The lady who works the ordering system remembers me everytime I come through. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Huichos is a great spot for a quick and delicious street taco, breakfast burrito or even menudo! My husband and I love tripas tacos and they have some really great tripas, nice and crispy! We have tried their breakfast burritos and are huge fans although I can always go for another because the size could be a little larger! Service is great! Ambiance is a little lacking but hey it's a taco shop! Menudo is great I'm not a big fan and I loved it! Their creamy salsa is the best as well. Pretty spicy also!“

“I discovered Miguel's in Corona probably 40 years ago. Way back then the owners used to wait on us! About 15 years ago some of us went to lunch together and one of the guys ordered his burrito wet style! Well I tried it and got hooked. The El Potato Burrito, wet style with sour cream and guacamole!!!!! OMG it's the BEST!!!! They cook their potato's in broth and they are delicious! When they opened the one in Redlands I wanted to throw a party! Their strawberry lemonade in the summer is also delicious! Love you Miguel's!!!!“

“Great service Ashley had an amazing attitude and made us feel welcome as soon as I walked in. We didn’t have to ask for more chips, water, she was on top of it. I live about an hour from this location but I will definitely be making the drive. FOOD was amazing, the MUSIC was everything .“
“My favorite spot in Redlands for asada fries and a Michelada. They hook the fries up with all the sauces and fixings. The cashier is very friendly and made this Michelada with love. I've been here plenty of times the food is always great. The ceviche and tacos are also something I've enjoyed here. Menudo doesn't come with hominy for some reason and isn't one of my favorite items but that's the only negative thing I can say.“

“Great place to spend the day. Peaceful, relaxing, great food, drinks, service and a million dollars view. We enjoyed lunch on a cloudy Sunday and went out for a walk. Visited the horses, chickens sheep’s and goats and played for a little while with the dogs. If you visit please be respectful with the common areas and the animals they are part of the great experience. We sat down on the artificial grass and I was mesmerized by the beautiful sunset while we enjoyed our cantaritos. Went on a second walk and came back for dinner and dessert. I have been going here since their beginnings and they have improved their service, however, be patience, mindful and respectful with the servers it gets busy and crowded. I highly recommend you wear boots if you want to walk around. They also have live music, mariachi is my favorite for Sunday brunch.Kid-friendliness: Although it is a kids friendly restaurant/ranch you are still the parent please take care of your kids when you visit. Do not leave them unattended.“

“My coworker and I sat in here for a lunch this past week. We were sat quickly. It's honestly a quick seating vibe and didn't appear to have much of a wait. The inside is nice. I really enjoyed my food I thought my street taco plate was well made. My coworker had the cheese enchilada plate and also enjoyed her food. I'm only leaving 4 stars just because for Mexican food I found the plates a bit marked up in price. However, this wouldn't stop me from returning generally speaking.“

“Chile relleno burrito was good. Small little interior with a few tables. I ordered to go and it did not disappoint. Definitely shareable or enough for a hungry caterpillar. Great service and salsa! Yes I did it.. wet! Easy parking off the sidewalk. Call ahead to save some time and pay upon pick up. They have Apple Pay. They also have catering available with half and full trays for parties and gatherings.“
