“The cold noodles were sooooo good, especially with all the hot & spicy dishes we got. $100 after tip, really reasonable with all the dishes & large portions. Rice not pictured. Had plenty to take home. Wish we lived closer! I wish there were more veggie dishes, stir fried garlic bok choy or snow pea leaves would be great, but everything was tasty.“

“My wife and I recently ordered take out from Szechuan Garden and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I had the Cashew Chicken, which was quite flavorful, and packed with moist and tender chicken. My wife had their Walnut Crispy Shrimp, which featured crispy shrimp as promised, and which were coated with the sweet mayonnaise sauce the dish is known for. My wife also had Wor Wonton Soup, which was, happily, just as one would expect. We will definitely give this place our repeat business, and cannot wait to explore their other dishes.“

My kids have been going here even when my youngest was a baby. JOhn always asks how he is doing up to now and that baby is 21 yrs old now. The food is always amazing. “Fresh & Moorpark has been a local neighborhood Chinese food spot for many years, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, clean, and consistently delicious. The couple who runs it are super kind and welcoming — you can tell they truly care about their customers.

My favorite order is the fresh veggies with chicken, usually with a rice bowl. Everything tastes homemade, and the place has a nice clean, easy, relaxing vibe that makes it a great spot to sit down for lunch.

“Really great low priced high quality Chinese food! The place is a little rundown, but that doesn’t matter. The food is good and it is not very expensive and the service is very fast and very kind.

I highly recommend this as the only place to go for a nice sitdown Chinese meal, especially on Christmas Day.

otherwise, if you just want cheap fast, Chinese go to Panda Bowl, but just be aware of that Panda Bowl no longer serves sweet-and-sour chicken, but Imperial does.“

“Again, the 5 stars is just because i don't want to hiurt anyone's rating. But this place was not good. I should have known when I walked in as it was dirty and the building is falling apart. The BBQ pork buns were mushy and inedible. The potstickers had crunchy and hard edges. The orange chicken was grisly, chewy, and all dark meat parts. Definitely would not eat there again. 50 bucks down the tubes.“

“I came here in the midafternoon. It was completely empty.

The server, was helpful. I chose, instead of getting the all you can eat option, I ordered ala cart.

I got the chicken with mixed veggies, fried rice, hot and sour soup and an iced tea.

The soup came out first. It was really, really good hot and sour. The flavors were balanced and you could tell that someone put care into the preparation. Note that they only serve a two-person portion, so I had to take some home.

The the fried rice and the chicken/veggies came. Also really tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly.

I appreciate small, family run places. The entire meal just hit the spot. I'll definitely be back.“

I found it years ago when I was living in Simi Valley and I have since moved out of Simi and I am ALWAYS willing to make the drive to get these noodles. “I want to give a huge shout-out to Gladys for her outstanding service during my recent visit. It was an extremely busy day, and there were customers complaining and putting a lot of pressure on the staff. Despite all of that, Gladys stayed incredibly calm, professional, and friendly from start to finish.

She greeted everyone with a warm attitude, kept the line moving efficiently, and handled difficult situations with patience and grace. Even while multitasking, she made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. Her professionalism really stood out, and she turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.
