“Great family run sandwich shop with friendly service. I love the Alameda sandwich and homemade mac salad. I ordered ahead some sandwiches for and event and everything was nicely packed and ready for pickup at the requested time. My guests really loved the sandwiches, too.“

“Webster street sure has changed since Alameda was a Navy town! Places like the Sandwich Board have replaced Navy bars, girly joints and tattoo shops that fronted for other things that go bump-bump!
So, I whipped into the Sandwich Board to see if anything looked the same...it doesn't, but I'll tell you what..The Sandwich Board kicks out a screaming good sandwich! ☆☆☆☆☆“

“This place serves joy by the cup and happiness by the bite. The coffee? Bold enough to turn any morning around. The tea? A perfect hug in a mug, no matter the weather. And the pastries? Golden, flaky bites of pure magic that might just ruin other desserts for you. The vibe is cozy, the staff is friendly, and my taste buds are still doing a happy dance. 10/10, would abandon my kitchen for this place again.“

“I had to go over to Mayton Humpstumper's place to fix his wife's Wigglewhooper because she revved it up to high and burned out the thruster bearings! It's an easy fix as long as its been sanitized, and to make sure I called ahead and asked Mayton to put it through the decontamination chamber again! This gave me plenty of time to stop at the Maitland Market Café & Deli! The sandwiches there are Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“

“came right at opening hours and the bread was so fresh! crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. i especially liked the pate here - just a pretty solid banh mi all around. the bad reviews are from 5 years ago (different owner?). great prices with the most expensive banh mi being at $8“

“The genuinely nicest person I’ve ever met in my life, stayed open after close to make food and gave a free bottle of water to someone who needed it.
Could not recommend more! Subway if your here then give whoever works here a huge raise“
