“Myself and a friend were looking for an ice cream joint in the Walnut Creek area, and happen to come across this place.

The owner is very friendly. We tried a variety of flavors, and then ended up getting the Roasted Cashew, Lemon Creme and the Strawberry.

The ice cream was very creamy and thick, with the right amout of sweetness. Extremely tasty. I always try ice cream at local joints, and this one exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back, if I am in the area.“

“It was our first time in and not only was the owner so friendly and sweet to my son who made quite a mess in the restaurant but he replaced my son’s ice cream and even gave us a sample of their delicious authentic afghan ice cream, sheryakh and zhala! Absolutely amazing and game changing in the ice cream world. This place is authentic so healthy you can literally taste the authenticity. Can’t wait to try the food next. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!“

“I've visited this location 2 or 3 times a week for the past 4 months. Not everyone here greets you when you walk in, and some who do seem to do it begrudgingly. But two employees, Cici and Ezzy, always greet me with warm smiles and the hospitality you'd expect from seasoned food service workers.

Last week I came in to order a cake. I'd never ordered one before and wasn't sure what I was looking for. As soon as I asked how the process worked, Cici jumped in and was very enthusiastic to help me out. You can tell she loves making cakes. She walked me through every part of the order, explained all of the options available, and was happy to answer all of my questions about customizations and details. I left knowing exactly what I was getting.

And that isn't just how they treat me, either. I've watched how Cici and Ezzy interact with other customers, and everyone leaves with a genuine smile. Thank you for the great experience!“

The owner of resturant is a very sweet woman, she forgets often what she asks a while ago but she runs the resturant almost alone and is always very sweet and patient. “I realized I never left this review after my daughter’s adorable birthday party. She had the best time ever with about 16 of her friends. They played at the table doing a small craft and then enjoyed ice cream. The package was super reasonably priced and setting is so cute for pics.

Also, my family comes here often for ice cream, froyo, and my kids especially love the shaved ice. We are so lucky to live close and have this gem in our neighborhood.“

I got the saffron pistachio ice cream and it is one of the most delicious ice creams I've ever had. Perfect balance of sweet and mild and I can see myself craving this. “I've never tried Yomie's other locations in Sydney and elsewhere, but I was curious about their concoction after reading reviews and drove over on a Monday around dinnertime. It shares its space with Full House Cafe, between Bank of America and H&R Block. There was absolutely no wait at all, and my drink came out in under 5 minutes. Although the prices are a little high, I personally enjoyed my original purple rice yogurt drink ($6.15, w/o tax). I tried to ask for it at 50% sweetness, based off other reviewers' opinions that the yogurt was too sweet, but the staff said it wasn't possible for this particular drink.That said, I thought the tang of the yogurt does come through (it reminds me of Yakult, but nicely thicker), and found the purple rice pleasantly toothsome and not too overcooked, as others have stated. For what it's worth, my husband isn't so much a fan of purple rice, and did not like this drink (haha). Honestly, I'm not sure the combination was a match made in heaven, as I was very aware of the yogurt flavor and texture, separate from the rice texture... but I enjoyed the snack overall! May at some point come back to try their other flavors, perhaps if there's ever a promotion...“

“Yogurt Land had excellent flavors, fresh fruit, and toppings galore. The only reason it's a 4, not a 5, is due to the price. There were 5 of us, and the cost was $42. It is a little high and makes it hard to frequent with a larger family.“

“This coldstone is pretty good. After eating at Don Hao, which is the best Chinese Food in the Bay Area and right next door, we ordered a Oreo inspired ice cream cake to go. It was $40 which is on the pricey side but it was so damn good! I ate like 4 servings which was a crap ton or calories but so worth it! 😉

“This place is so popular! I went on a Saturday night and there was a pretty constant stream of groups coming in to grab the yogurt. It’s clean, all the flavors/machines were functioning and all the toppings were well stocked and clean/fresh. There were some seating as well. There’s probably enough space in there for a few more seats along the wall on one side, but not complaining because at the pace of customers coming in, there was plenty of seating. Self serve, so minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed nice.

“We usually just go to Fosters Freeze for ice cream. I had an Old Fashion Cheeseburger whole my son got an ice cream cone. The burger was fantastic! I’ll do that again.“

“I work in the plaza and while on lunch I came here because I was craving a milkshake. The staff was welcoming as I entered and ready to help me as soon as I stood in line. I got a small brownie al a mode without whip cream. It was amazing! I loved that there were brownie chunks inside. I will definitely be returning next time I work.“
