She knows us. She knows our names, remembers our orders, and somehow manages to run the entire store with so much calm, kindness, and confidence. Every time we come in, everything just works. You can tell she’s the reason that place runs so smoothly and does SO much business.
She’s one of those people who is clearly capable of so much, and it shows in how well that store is run and how the staff interacts with customers. It feels welcoming, personal, and genuinely cared for, which is rare these days.
We keep coming back not just because the pizza is good, but because of her. She makes the experience better every single time.”

From the moment you enter, the air is feel with many spices, it invites you to eat. Everything is fresh and prepared instantly. For dinner. I have some rice with chicken (biryani) and some garlic bread (naan) 🤤 To drink I had kind of a mango smoothie, fresh and sweet.”

“We had a great experience at Bonito Poke! What really stood out was the service — the chef herself served us and was so friendly and thoughtful. My husband and I decided to share our meal, and she kindly plated it on two separate dishes instead of just giving us an extra plate — such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her customers. She also took the time to describe the dishes, which helped us choose what suited our tastes best.

The place had a cozy, welcoming vibe. It’s a bit small inside, but that added to the charm for us. Definitely a hidden gem in American Canyon — we’ll be back!”

“I have only been able to come here one time in the last 5 years because they are closed seemingly every Tuesday consistently when I want to go so I end up going to Fairfield.

It is too bad that American canyon doesn't have another Vietnamese place open consistently daily.

Other options like pho hua do not have consistently good quality.”

“Had them at my kid's school carnival, really quick service and super friendly staff. Tacos came with all the extras like jalapeño, grilled onions, lime and cucumber. Side stand had hot sauces, chips and salsa. Asada, al pastor and fish tacos were all well made and not soggy, with the al pastor being the stand out flavorwise. The fish taco included all the extras usually on it like pickled onions and such.Great street food, would definitely get them again and I hope they're back next year!”

“At 11:50am was the best experience I’ve ever had in a subway hands down in the past 20 years I’ve been alive at American canyon the subway best in town very welcoming with kindness and care usually in subways I’ve had very bad experiences but this subway and the sandwich was amazing”
