“I just want to give a huge shout-out to the manager at Papa Murphy’s in American Canyon, CA.
She knows us. She knows our names, remembers our orders, and somehow manages to run the entire store with so much calm, kindness, and confidence. Every time we come in, everything just works. You can tell she’s the reason that place runs so smoothly and does SO much business.
She’s one of those people who is clearly capable of so much, and it shows in how well that store is run and how the staff interacts with customers. It feels welcoming, personal, and genuinely cared for, which is rare these days.
We keep coming back not just because the pizza is good, but because of her. She makes the experience better every single time.“

“First time in and the pizza was outstanding! Very friendly staff and cleanest Pizza restaurant I have ever been in! Love the salad bar option!“

“Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.“

“Came with the guys from work to pick up a pizza and it was very tasty. The dough was soft, sauce and cheese was very flavorful. I got mine with the cup pepperoni definitely worth a try. Service was fast and friendly. A little pricey for my taste but nonetheless it was good . I got a one topping for 24.99 but I got a free 2 ltr soda so that was nice. Can't really dine in since the place is limited but 4 /6 people can probably dine in.“

“Had a craving for pizza; thought of this place and ordered a small Original through DoorDash. It did not disappoint. Substantial pizza for a “small” and the price. No skimping with the toppings and was exactly as pictured on the website, so no false advertising. Sauce was just right. Enjoyed the classic crust, too, but may try the thin crust text time.“

“My partner and I ordered the Hot Pastrami coupled with the Roasted tomato soup.Both dishes were perfectly balanced.The pastrami on toasted rye with Swiss cheese,coleslaw,fill pickles and secret sauce was a remarkable taste sensation.The roasted tomato soup was creamy,hearty with a nice bite,one of the best soups either one of us has ever had.

“The first order taker took forever with the ladies right before me. I probably waited over 20-30min. He didn't explain the sizes well and misrepresented the price. The sauce was only in the middle, far from the edge and the cheese was worse.

The saving grace was the manager who made things right. I forgot her name unfortunately. She was attentive and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

The guy firing the pizza seemed to know whose pizza was whose when they came out. If that makes sense. A bit tired right now. 😅“

“The pizza tastes absolutely delicious. It looks and tastes fresh, and you can tell that it is made with high-quality ingredients. The cheese border in the crust is particularly delightful, and I wish they offered it in a larger size. I have not yet tried the wings or other menu items, but so far, their pizzas are the best I have had in this area.“

“I've ordered from many Round Table locations over the years. For a relatively large regional pizza restaurant chain they're pretty consistent but I'm especially impressed with this one. I usually order it takeout and my food has always been ready for pickup when I arrive, fresh and absolutely delicious. There are two Round Tables that serve the Vallejo area but this is the one I go to because it's always a smooth transaction and great food.“

I swear I've been here all week for lunch. Super fast, friendly service. When you order there, they are generous w. your toppings. Their garlic bread is hella good. Online orders and pick up are a breeze too, jusg let them know under special instructions. Located onthe corner of South Marketplace place, it sits in the same plaza as Marshalls, Homegoods, Michaels.“

I was going to get some garlic cheese bread as well. I call in to place my order and they told me I have to place it online... so I go back to the website and they're "not currently taking online orders". So I called back to the store and do you think that they would honor it or give me some sort of discount so I can get dinner tonight? NO! This was absolutely horrible customer service by both the male and female I spoke to. Absolutely insane to tell someone you have to order online but you can't order online. When I talked to the female she said my boss is the only one that can turn off the online ordering and I don't know why he would do that . ME EITHER...w you got a whole hour before you close! This restaurant DOES NOT even deserve any STARS! Not to mention the snarkiness of the female and the male that answered both times when I called. When I asked who the owner was she wouldn't give me that information and simply told me to call back tomorrow afternoon and speak to someone named AJ. I thought Benicia Pride themself on being a nice cozy wonderful town...but this certainly wasn't any of that. Shame on you!! I will also be contacting corporate along with posting on Tick Tock Instagram Facebook Yelp all of the above. The way I was treated they deserve all the bad press! “I came in at 11:30 PM and Derrick had amazing customer service. He was still willing to help us regardless of you guys getting ready to close and registers being closed. He was really cool with me only having a $100 bill even though I seen later on that you don’t accept any bill larger than $20s. We were in desperate need for some food and wanted pizza and Pizza Hut is literally the best. Thank you Derrick for being so kind and understanding and cool about everything and not having the “idgaf” attitude at the end of your shift. I give Derrick a 10/10

“We had a graduation celebration here and the staff and manager couldn't have been nicer in assisting us to make it a great day! They held our cake for us while we were at the ceremony, they didn't blink when we showed up an hour earlier than planned! The manager, Markell (sorry if I am spelling it wrong) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!! THANK YOU! Food was good - we ordered a bunch of different things: Pizza, wings, fries, garlic parmesan twists, etc.. RT pizza is always good, so that was a given! But we also enjoyed the different wing flavors, the garlic parmesan twist, fries, etc. Beer on tap, one of those cool soda machines where you select your soda and add flavor... We had LOTS of food - plenty for everyone - for what I consider a very reasonable price! Facilities are very pleasant! A sports bar kind of vibe with lots of screens, clean, cool. Plenty of room. I recommend this restaurant for groups, for a bite, or to catch a game.“

“I have never had any issues with the people that work at an of thier locations. They are all professional,helpful and always very nice . I love all of thier food! All of their deserts are amazing. Again service is always on point, on time and so friendly. The ONLY issue this place has is thier phone ordering . There is always confusion. Often times the order is wrong coming from the phone ordering. Online is better, thier site is sometimes down and a little slow.but thier food is so good and they have such great deals that definitely none of that outweighs getting food with them. The website is very easy to navigate and they give out alot of good rewards pretty fast. ♡pepperoni cheesy bread♡♡♡chocolate lava cake☆☆☆
