“First time in and the pizza was outstanding! Very friendly staff and cleanest Pizza restaurant I have ever been in! Love the salad bar option!“

“Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.“

“TLDR: Staff and service is outstanding, food is high quality and creative, & we will be regulars from here on out! We’d been driving around Napa arguing about what we wanted to eat for about 20 minutes prior to this and I’m so happy we randomly drove by this spot and it called to us. (Arrived just after 5:30pm on 2/5/25) Very kid friendly, both the hostess and our waiter were so kind and accommodating. We eat out with our toddler quite often so he’s used to restaurants, but it was super nice to be somewhere where it didn’t feel like an inconvenience to be dining as a family. Would’ve left five stars just for the awesome staff personalities, but it helps that the food was delicious and the service was great! Sat quickly, waters and menus and a highchair were brought out immediately. Our appetizers of a Cesar salad and meatballs came out very fast and super hot. Cesar salad was my favorite, very flavorful and refreshing. Husband enjoyed the meatballs, they came with plenty of sauce and three large pieces of garlic bread (that my toddler devoured promptly). We ordered a pizza to share, I believe it was called the Potato and Pancetta. Great portions to split as a couple, and delicious pizza! The white sauce was one of the best I’ve had, and the potato part sounded weird to me when my husband ordered but it WORKS. Can’t wait to come back!“

“They were 5 stars pre-COVID, but they went down during the "world tour". This is through no fault of their own. Getting quality ingredients was tough.It's greatly improved and they're working their way back up to the five star rating.Love the calzones and the pizza-definitely not missing the pools of fat from a 2022 pizza. The lasagna and ravioli don't have the five star flavor they used to have, yet. I don't miss the prepacked salads in the styrofoam cups.I can't wait until they're fully back at 5 stars! Keep it up!“

“My girlfriend and I wanted some calzone after our long hike and man did this place hit the spot. The young man who greeted us was very attentive and kind even though he was multitasking with other customers and phone calls. Our food came out within the 15 minutes as promised and the cheese stretched just like out of the cartoons. My girlfriend and I both agreed everything down to the crust was flavorful. Quality ingredients and great service. We will be coming back when we visit the area“

“I've ordered from many Round Table locations over the years. For a relatively large regional pizza restaurant chain they're pretty consistent but I'm especially impressed with this one. I usually order it takeout and my food has always been ready for pickup when I arrive, fresh and absolutely delicious. There are two Round Tables that serve the Vallejo area but this is the one I go to because it's always a smooth transaction and great food.“

“We had a graduation celebration here and the staff and manager couldn't have been nicer in assisting us to make it a great day! They held our cake for us while we were at the ceremony, they didn't blink when we showed up an hour earlier than planned! Food was good - we ordered a bunch of different things: Pizza, wings, fries, garlic parmesan twists, etc.. RT pizza is always good, so that was a given! “I ​happen to be in Benicia pet sitting for a friend. I don't even live in Benicia. I TRIED to order PIZZA AT 10:00 PM...they close at 11:00 pm On the website there is a special: small pizza ÷ toppi g or speciality$12.99 plus fountain drink Sounds great! I was going to get some garlic cheese bread as well. I call in to place my order and they told me I have to place it online... so I go back to the website and they're "not currently taking online orders". So I called back to the store and do you think that they would honor it or give me some sort of discount so I can get dinner tonight? NO! This was absolutely horrible customer service by both the male and female I spoke to. Absolutely insane to tell someone you have to order online but you can't order online. When I talked to the female she said my boss is the only one that can turn off the online ordering and I don't know why he would do that . ME EITHER...w you got a whole hour before you close! This restaurant DOES NOT even deserve any STARS! Not to mention the snarkiness of the female and the male that answered both times when I called. When I asked who the owner was she wouldn't give me that information and simply told me to call back tomorrow afternoon and speak to someone named AJ. I thought Benicia Pride themself on being a nice cozy wonderful town...but this certainly wasn't any of that. Shame on you!! I will also be contacting corporate along with posting on Tick Tock Instagram Facebook Yelp all of the above. The way I was treated they deserve all the bad press! Maybe next time they'll think about how they treat and talk to a customer or better yet get these folks better customer service training!!!“

“I came in at 11:30 PM and Derrick had amazing customer service. He was still willing to help us regardless of you guys getting ready to close and registers being closed. He was really cool with me only having a $100 bill even though I seen later on that you don’t accept any bill larger than $20s. We were in desperate need for some food and wanted pizza and Pizza Hut is literally the best. Thank you Derrick for being so kind and understanding and cool about everything and not having the “idgaf” attitude at the end of your shift. I give Derrick a 10/10
