“First time in and the pizza was outstanding! Very friendly staff and cleanest Pizza restaurant I have ever been in! Love the salad bar option!“

“Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.“

“TLDR: Staff and service is outstanding, food is high quality and creative, & we will be regulars from here on out! We’d been driving around Napa arguing about what we wanted to eat for about 20 minutes prior to this and I’m so happy we randomly drove by this spot and it called to us. (Arrived just after 5:30pm on 2/5/25) Very kid friendly, both the hostess and our waiter were so kind and accommodating. We eat out with our toddler quite often so he’s used to restaurants, but it was super nice to be somewhere where it didn’t feel like an inconvenience to be dining as a family. Would’ve left five stars just for the awesome staff personalities, but it helps that the food was delicious and the service was great! Sat quickly, waters and menus and a highchair were brought out immediately. Our appetizers of a Cesar salad and meatballs came out very fast and super hot. Cesar salad was my favorite, very flavorful and refreshing. Husband enjoyed the meatballs, they came with plenty of sauce and three large pieces of garlic bread (that my toddler devoured promptly). We ordered a pizza to share, I believe it was called the Potato and Pancetta. Great portions to split as a couple, and delicious pizza! The white sauce was one of the best I’ve had, and the potato part sounded weird to me when my husband ordered but it WORKS. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Came with the guys from work to pick up a pizza and it was very tasty. The dough was soft, sauce and cheese was very flavorful. I got mine with the cup pepperoni definitely worth a try. Service was fast and friendly. A little pricey for my taste but nonetheless it was good . I got a one topping for 24.99 but I got a free 2 ltr soda so that was nice. Can't really dine in since the place is limited but 4 /6 people can probably dine in.“

“My partner and I ordered the Hot Pastrami coupled with the Roasted tomato soup.Both dishes were perfectly balanced.The pastrami on toasted rye with Swiss cheese,coleslaw,fill pickles and secret sauce was a remarkable taste sensation.The roasted tomato soup was creamy,hearty with a nice bite,one of the best soups either one of us has ever had.

“They were 5 stars pre-COVID, but they went down during the "world tour". This is through no fault of their own. Getting quality ingredients was tough.It's greatly improved and they're working their way back up to the five star rating.Love the calzones and the pizza-definitely not missing the pools of fat from a 2022 pizza. The lasagna and ravioli don't have the five star flavor they used to have, yet. I don't miss the prepacked salads in the styrofoam cups.I can't wait until they're fully back at 5 stars! Keep it up!“

“I ​happen to be in Benicia pet sitting for a friend. I don't even live in Benicia. I TRIED to order PIZZA AT 10:00 PM...they close at 11:00 pm On the website there is a special: small pizza ÷ toppi g or speciality$12.99 plus fountain drink Sounds great! I was going to get some garlic cheese bread as well. I call in to place my order and they told me I have to place it online... so I go back to the website and they're "not currently taking online orders". So I called back to the store and do you think that they would honor it or give me some sort of discount so I can get dinner tonight? NO! This was absolutely horrible customer service by both the male and female I spoke to. Absolutely insane to tell someone you have to order online but you can't order online. When I talked to the female she said my boss is the only one that can turn off the online ordering and I don't know why he would do that . ME EITHER...w you got a whole hour before you close! This restaurant DOES NOT even deserve any STARS! Not to mention the snarkiness of the female and the male that answered both times when I called. When I asked who the owner was she wouldn't give me that information and simply told me to call back tomorrow afternoon and speak to someone named AJ. I thought Benicia Pride themself on being a nice cozy wonderful town...but this certainly wasn't any of that. Shame on you!! I will also be contacting corporate along with posting on Tick Tock Instagram Facebook Yelp all of the above. The way I was treated they deserve all the bad press! “I came in at 11:30 PM and Derrick had amazing customer service. He was still willing to help us regardless of you guys getting ready to close and registers being closed. He was really cool with me only having a $100 bill even though I seen later on that you don’t accept any bill larger than $20s. We were in desperate need for some food and wanted pizza and Pizza Hut is literally the best. Thank you Derrick for being so kind and understanding and cool about everything and not having the “idgaf” attitude at the end of your shift. I give Derrick a 10/10

They held our cake for us while we were at the ceremony, they didn't blink when we showed up an hour earlier than planned! Food was good - we ordered a bunch of different things: Pizza, wings, fries, garlic parmesan twists, etc.. RT pizza is always good, so that was a given! But we also enjoyed the different wing flavors, the garlic parmesan twist, fries, etc. Beer on tap, one of those cool soda machines where you select your soda and add flavor... We had LOTS of food - plenty for everyone - for what I consider a very reasonable price! Facilities are very pleasant! A sports bar kind of vibe with lots of screens, clean, cool. Plenty of room. I recommend this restaurant for groups, for a bite, or to catch a game.“

“I have never had any issues with the people that work at an of thier locations. They are all professional,helpful and always very nice . I love all of thier food! All of their deserts are amazing. Again service is always on point, on time and so friendly. The ONLY issue this place has is thier phone ordering . There is always confusion. Often times the order is wrong coming from the phone ordering. Online is better, thier site is sometimes down and a little slow.but thier food is so good and they have such great deals that definitely none of that outweighs getting food with them. The website is very easy to navigate and they give out alot of good rewards pretty fast. ♡pepperoni cheesy bread♡♡♡chocolate lava cake☆☆☆
