After finished our meal at Ai Wei Ju, we hopped over to Coconut Jelly King in Alhambra for dessert, and I must say it was a delightful experience. “Love this place for amazing bionico! The crema is delicious, not too sweet and very savory. It can get busy from time to time but that is rare. It can also be a little noisy, but the place is bare bones. They make almost everything in front of their customers.

There is usually parking and the spaces are right in front.

This is my go to place for bionico and turmeric/ginger/lime shots. I will always return when I have my craving!“

Since I happened to be in Old Town Pasadena, and discovered there was one. It's not on the main strip so I almost missed it.

Food:
Cream puff (original) - this was the item that I wanted to try out since it's their main seller. I expected the puff to be softer with a crunchy outer shell but it was harder than I expected. It was delicious though. The cream is slightly sweet which I like. I hate super sweet cream.
Honey butter puff - the second item I tried. Not a bad combo, but original still is better.

There are more flavors but I wanted to try the puffs as they are and not too overloaded with macha, chocolate, etc.. flavors.

Repeat: only for the original puff with the vanilla filling (original filling). It is pricey but once in a while is ok.“
