“VIM'S is THE BEST Thai food that I've had in Los Angeles. I've been going to their various locations since 1987! I've even celebrated my birthday parties there. The food is cooked to order (spicy to mild) and served family style. I have taken hundreds of friends and co-workers to Vim's for lunch or dinner and it's always a hit! It's still cash only after all these years. The taste and quality of the food has remained consistent over the decades.“

The service- server was super friendly, helpful, and super quick!, Thai tea slapped! (Must get), zap wings - I do think need a sauce so we are taking home to create our own, fried chicken (GET THIS! Moist, but crunchy and soooo yummy, papaya salad(my partner said in her 33 years on earth this is the #2 all time best papaya salad she’s ever had(#1 is her moms), mango sticky rice was perfect- will be coming back for JUST this sometimes 😂
Oh yea I got yellow chicken curry to go so I’ll report later how that is 😂

You must MUST try this place.
It’s very small only 4 tables inside, so it was perfect daytime lunch date spot. Shit my partner and I were talking about which coworkers we were bringing here next 😂

Super clean inside. Seems like a lot of afternoon parking in the lot it’s in, not sure about night.

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. “Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.

Inside - 4/5
Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.

Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.

Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).

“I’ve been coming to Siam Cuisine for years. Pookie and her husband are such nice people and their food is very exceptional, the pad Thai is my favorite. But the reason is because of the simplicity and the flavor. The yellow curry is also my favorite, especially when adding shrimp. Hearing their story about them opening the restaurant is also a humble story for the ages. Their dedication and hard work is what makes their food so flavorful and unique. “Chutamas Thai has been our weekly Thai fix for months.My husband gets his usual Crying Tiger and Yellow Curry with chicken ( no spice ) and I get Papaya salad ( extra spicy ) and a “new dish” to try. Just recently, my family including my husband and I had dinner there. It was an opportunity to order new dishes, and a few of our favorites. Not one bad dish. Everything was delicious. The service was attentive and quick. Chullisa ( hopefully spelled correctly ◡̈ ) is always so kind, in person and on the phone. I tell her that Chutamas has made my husband a Thai Food convert. I’ve tried Thai food with him in the past, and he never asked to have it again. But after Chutamas, he looks forward to our weekly Thai fix! What a hidden gem .. ◡̈“

“This is by far the best Thai food I've tasted, every thing we have ordered there was extremely flavorful and very authentic.
I have been to Thailand many times so i know authentic Thai food when i taste it.
The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
The car park can get a little full but there is extra parking at the rear.
Id like to say this is a hidden gem but its getting quite popular with the staff from the hospital over the road.“

Everything was good. Nothing outstanding but all was what I was looking for. I'd say the Pad See Ew was the most flavorful. My wife liked the Pork Jerky.
