“I decided to stop by here to get a burger. It been a very long time since I last came here. I went with the bacon cheeseburger deal that they had that comes with fries and a drink. The inside of this place is very small like four booth and they also have outdoor seating. It took awhile for my food to get made. The burger was okay with nothing special to it, the fries were very plain so I think they forgot to add salt and the soda taste more flat.“

I had they're tacos today. Their grill cheese, Mac and cheese and BLT were all really good too.

My advice is to share a large nacho with 🍷 wine with a friend then see what's on the dessert menu....YUMMY STUFF!! Enjoy👏👏“

“Pleasantly surprised with everything about Veggietize me. Just a small unpretentious place with good people and great all Vegan food. We felt very welcome there. Nothing fancy, just a few tables and a counter you order at. The menu is extensive. I had the western burger with the impossible patty. This patty was cooked perfectly and had to be one of the best vegan burgers I've had. My huspand had the breakfast burrito which he enjoyed. Next came dessert. Oreo shake..of course. delicious. I had a Horchata which was perfect as well. We love this place and can't wait to come back to try more.“

“This is my first stop when coming home to visit! My family has enjoyed these pastries since as long as I can remember. Some of my favs are the guava cheese strudel, picadillo empanadas, and their famous potato balls. Looking forward to my next visit, love watching the make window. 😋“

“EDIT: Another appointment, another Leo’s Superfood pickup order. 💅 I had a couple online orders that were not made the way I requested since my initial review, however, my online order this past Friday was made correctly to order and it was absolutely perfect in every way, (righting past wrongs)!! I ate my last flapjack warmed with nothing on it the next day; they’re that good! In fact, their pancake recipe is something I legitimately wish I had to emulate at home. “My brother and I had the most amazing night of superb jazz and food this past Sunday, entertained by Betty Bryant and ensemble. Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! “Visiting from out of town, and happened to have dinner here. I liked that the place was easy to find, and had lots of parking. The service was top notch! Very attentive, quick, and friendly! Hubby had the lime and chili ramen and really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful. I had the yakisoba noodles with pork. The pork was lovely and well cooked. Very tender! But, for me, the sauce on the noodles was really heavy on vinegar. I was expecting/wanting a more savory/umami flavor. They were way too sour for my taste. I’m certain that there would have been a lot of other menu items I would have enjoyed! I wish I’d tried their miso ramen instead of the yakisoba.“

“Had to come here to share how incredible the staff is at this Jinya Ramen. Every single person went the extra mile, goes to show how little details in service can add so much to the experience. I walked in starving at 9pm and was clearly a little short with the servers. Despite that, they were gracious and warm - give them all a raise!

My only criticism is perhaps lowering the volume on the music front (or even switching genres to something more easy listening) as this is a hindrance in the otherwise lovely atmosphere with the fire pit.

“The sushi fish was fresh, and the sushi rice was delicious! As someone who frequents sushi bars in LA for some nigiri and hot tea, Chiba has the best ambiance and best tasting nigiri sushi.

My favorite was the mackerel, yellowtail, and unagi.

I've also ordered donburi here, and it comes very close to the donburi I had in Japan.

Been coming to Chiba for years now. Hands down it's my favorite sushi spot for nigiri in LA.
