“I came in on 12/27 around 2pm and there were 2 guys working ( Anthony and someone else I didn't catch his name tag)They were dealing with a crazy customer who was yelling at them, talking down at them over a small upcharge they didn't want to pay for. They took care of the rest of us in line while still handling her which I really appreciate. They didn't deserve that treatment and still kept a smile on their face. They kept a good attitude despite someone being rude and entitled!“

“The boba was delicious! We came towards closing and neither of our two drink were watered down! My boyfriend said that his brown sugar milk tea was perfect!! I got a lavender milk tea with rainbow jelly and it was delicious. I also liked that they had sweetness options and a very large menu with any flavor option/combination you would want! And the total for both drinks was only about 10 dollars.

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be revisiting soon!

“We just had time for a quick stop for coffee and tea in between some retail therapy; so we chose Lollicup at Cerritos Mall. It was a great choice as they had an ice blended coffee option that was very cool and refreshing, and we also ordered the Strawberry Sunrise tea with boba; which looked like a meal all on its own. They made our order pretty fast for a Saturday amongst a pretty busy time. I wish they would offer different sizes as I wasn't that thirsty, and the only size they have is 24 ounces. I couldn't finish the whole thing, but it was very good.“

This little shop is in the same plaza as BCD Tofu House. It’s a small chain that specializes in Japanese mochi donuts and milk tea/coffee drinks.

The donuts are really good, and the pink gift box packaging is super pretty, perfect for gifting! The inside is also cute, with a full wall of fake flowers and grass, plus a pink carousel 🎠 that makes it great for photos.

The staff were really friendly too and they even asked if we wanted some water and offered to help take our pictures. Restaurant is clean, too. Big bonus points!

Wait times were average with maybe a five minute wait at best. You can either order at the counter or with a self-pay kiosk. There are seats on the inside.“

“I have had a few of the specialty drinks (Sunset Passion and Dragon Slayer) and really enjoyed them. However the main drink I would usually get is a Mango tea and the mango puree is more of small/thin mango chunks and doesn’t really seem like it has as much mango flavor as I am used to.“

“I have gone to this place to study several times. The workers are always so nice and give great recommendations if you don't know what to order just want to explore in flavor, or have specific dietary restrictions. Drinks are 10/10! Popcorn chicken was good I recommend sharing with someone! The wifi gets a little slow when there is a lot of people but decent.“

“I got the Four Seasons (a white tea) milk tea, which I think is my new favorite tea base, with 75% sweetness, large boba, regular ice, and creme brûlée pudding (I thought I would get something I don’t often see as a topping). I am so happy with this drink! Service was fast and easy, I ordered on a kiosk and the drink was called out within 5 minutes! When I mixed in the pudding and boba, the drink was super sweet (which is what I wanted, but next time I should probably get 50% or 25% sweet or not get the creme brûlée pudding, to limit myself to a more reasonable sugar intake). The boba was perfectly chewy, on the softer side, which is what I prefer, with good flavor, and there was a generous amount. The creme brûlée made the milk tea taste like vanilla ice cream and caramel were mixed in. Soooo good. Thank you for a nice dessert stop! The shop is small but very cozy with a few seating options. Side note: I was happy to hear Now or Never from High School Musical 3 playing over the speakers when I walked in. It warmed my gen z heart.

After looking at other reviews, I also wanted to add: You can order using one of 2 kiosks, or with a cashier at the register. There is also a QR code for the menu, and a printed menu near the register. The employee called out our orders when they came out.“

“Stop by late night for a quick fix on boba. They have tiny chunks of fresh fruits here so thags pretty unique! I got the peach lychee tea, feel like at 50% its still pretty sweet so def want to lower ur sugar level when buying here. “This place is always packed line wrapped around the corner everytime i drove by, but lucky i went at 6pm on a weekday so its more chill no line at all. For a first timer, I can see why it’s packed now lol.
I ordered 2 matcha einspanners and it was superrr delicious, not too sweet and the matcha tasted rich indicates it’s high quality, the top cheese cream was so good, fat creamy i couldnt stop eating!!

No seating the inside is pretty small it’s a better shop for togo.

The menu and drinks are the same as all their other locations. They have a decent selection of different types of drinks to choose from. Compared to other Krak locations we've been to, the workers are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.

The interior is nice and they have plenty of tables to sit at. We came to use our birthday reward on the app and the entire process went super smoothly.

“My favorite boba place close to where I live. I love their creme brulee drinks and the boba pearls are actually really good here. It's usually pretty empty so we get our drinks quickly and it's really calm in there. There's decent parking outside and they even have mini bahn mi sandwiches that are pretty good as well“
