“To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised to find a sushi restaurant this good in a small place like Auburn. The quality and presentation were better than I expected. It seems to be run by a Korean owner, but that didn’t affect the flavor at all. Most of the dishes were fresh and well prepared. The only downside was the uni, which looked a bit dark and not very fresh. Still, overall this is a solid spot and definitely worth trying if you’re in town.“
