“We came out here from LA and this place was better than a lot of LA sushi spots! Such delicious creative rolls! I’m allergic to imitation crab meat and they had a lot of rolls without it, which is a good sign because that means the chef gets more creative with ingredients for rolls. Fish was great quality, sauces were amazing. Service was lovely. I can’t wait to come back!“

“It’s a good locally owned spot in a nondescript area of a strip mall, the dining area inside is a bit small but it has an outdoor dining area. The combos are of good value and the seafood is fresh and tasty. Service is fast and the guy who mans the joint is pretty cool.“

“The food was excellent. The food far surpasses the service. Let's begin with the Buffalo shrimp, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. An excellent take on wings seafood style. The seafood caldon especal was full of flavor, perfectly spices even though it has jalapeño in it bring back a sense of being on the beach. The Capechana was high quality and the delicious. The chef not only an excellent cook but took part of the service. The Michelada base alone is memorable and wanted to buy a gallon of it. The waitress was professional but needs to elevate her service skills, one attention to the client was very slow, there was no effort to explain the menu, little initiative to attend out table.“

“One of the best garlic fish in LA County, Orange, Riverside, etc…. Delicious flavor and great size. Accompanied by salad and French fries; There is an option of beans and rice too. The place is very clean and tidy. The menu options are spectacular and I will surely return to try more. The service is very good too. The music was very loud and I asked if they could lower the volume and they very kindly did so. I was able to eat in peace. Thank you.“

“Townsent is a hit or a miss. I guess it depends who is manning the kitchen and who is taking your order. Today for lunch the food sucked. I ordered for 2 people, 1000 year pork, crispy fried shrimp, stir fried clams with ginger sauce and Kung Pao scallops. The 1000 year pork was a little chewy, normally it should melt in your mouth. The ginger clams and scallops had no flavor at all, we had to spice it up ourselves. It tasted like it was just boiled in water. The steam rice was soggy and looks like it’s been steamed way too long. The only thing I enjoyed was my hot tea. The waiter never checked on us at his own. We had to whistle him down. Maybe their food and services at night is a better hit. All I know is that I had good dining experience with them in the past. But today. It really sucked!“

“We rarely dine in, it is usually a take out. Saturday's or Sunday's, we highly recommend their Menudo or Weekday's their 7 Mares , it is delicious and pricing is not bad at all. However, be aware that if you take out then no tortillas will be included.“

The quality was definitely better before, maybe a different cook? Not sure. They're still good but not as they used to be. Service is always good, the staff are friendly and attentive. “I am not a big fan of mariscos. This is one of the best mariscos spots I actually enjoy. I highly recommend the shrimp and fish tacos, the camarones dinamitas, camarones de cucarachas, Coctel de Camaron, the aguachiles is actually one of the best sauces I've actually tasted, not to mention there other Mexican dishes they have on the menu. I also rented the hall for events and the menu for their catering services are good as well and the hostility from dining in and renting the hall has been phenomenal. Anyone wanting to eat good mariscos I highly recommend this place“
