“Stumbled upon this gem while in town for the weekend. It’s a wonderful old school diner with amazing service and good food as evidenced by the consistent rotation of guests coming in and out. The pancakes, French toast, eggs and sausages were delicious and made exactly in the old school no nonsense way I’m looking for in a diner. After mentioning to the waitress that I overheard her mention chilaquiles to the table behind us and that I was bummed I hadn’t noticed them on the menu before ordering, she brought me a small plate so that I could try them. You only get this kind of genuine service at mom & pop places like this. Besides the service, the eggs were perfectly scrambled, the pancakes were fluffy, everything was fresh. Will 100% be back here next time I’m in town.“
“Went to Old River Grill for breakfast. So nice to be greeted so kindly when we arrived. The place is neat, clean and inviting. Every plate that was ordered was so good. We could see when delivered that it was fresh and hot, bacon crisp, potatoes just right, coffee hot and fresh. Everyone fully enjoyed the food and the great service from all of the staff. If you are looking for a nice spot for a delicious breakfast consider this new location of an old favorite.“

“I came to this place on a recommendation; I have to say it did not disappoint. The food tasted classic and filling. Made my tummy feel warm and happy. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. “I've been to Denny's many times. It's the go to place for pancakes in my opinion. The wait isn't horrible if you go on a day that isn't too busy. Recently I went here to have brunch with my mom. The server was nice and friendly, he let us know of all the items that they were currently out of which sucked, but understandable. The food was good, even what he recommended but it was salty. They did mix up my mom's and I order a bit but since we ordered something similar I could see how that could happen. Overall it's still a solid experience.“

“Reminds me of the Tams locations from Los Angeles, which my family liked to go and grab the weekend dinner. I like that they have a lot on the menu, though I haven't tasted everything, we had burgers and the kids had chicken tenders. All around very good. Burgers were a decent size and with fresh ingredients, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Didn't taste the kids stuff but they didn't leave any leftovers so I assume they like it. I think the only problem for some would be the price, we paid $55 for a family of 4. But everything is expensive for food. Overall a great dinner.“
