“This is our favorite Dennys in Bakersfield. I like seeing the same employees when we go. This is our second time being served by Juan. He’s always nice, fast and checks on us often to ensure we have enough drinks. I forgot to add that I got the new Cali taco skillet. It was pretty delicious!“

“everytime we go there which has been a lot the last few months, the food has been the best. Today we went in for a breakfast/lunch &early dinner one meal today and the food was the best ever. I had the stuffed strawberry french toast and it was cooked perfectly. the edges were crispy along with outside, the inside was stuffed nicely, toppings were also perfect, the grandslam also was perfectly cooked to order. there was a steak dinner that was the best we have had in any restaurant. no I did not eat all this. there is 3 of us. food was brought out still hot and was so flippin awesome. we had freshly brewed tea & coffee. out waitress Christina was very attentive and her service is outstanding. the cook came out so we could thank him personally for the amazing job he did on all 3 meals. I forgot his name. ( I am sorry). I am so glad we will be eating there more while we are here. oh and the prices didn't break the bank. Well Done Denney's employees well done. Thank You very much for the excellent service you provided us“

“If you want a homecooked meal, breakfast, lunch, etc. Then this is the place to go on the south side of town! The portions are generous and full of flavor!!!!Breakfast:The eggs were delicious, the bacon was for sure farm fresh, and the country-fried steak was to die for!!! It had just enough char and moisture to make you crave another bite, the gravy was the sweet spot for sure. Biscuits and gravy was its own meal and it was offered as a side ?! Sooooo good without the need to pepper or salt anything on the entire plate!They also have a classic Coffee bar where I'm sure many a deal has been struck and a story told! Quaint, with quick service and a homely vibe!“
