“Ok, this is now my favorite boba tea place. The Ube Coconut milk is insanely good, even at 30% sugar level. They did not have purple rice so I substituted agar, which is so good. I also got an order of unsweetened jasmine tea and double agar. The price is right and the taste is to beat.

“Stopped by on late Sunday night for some refreshments after a long day. Easy parking since they have big parking lot for the plaza. Easy & self explanatory menu and self order via kiosk - they do have cashier but he was busy with making drinks and waffles. The place is nice and clean with several tables & chairs inside for dine in. While waiting for our orders, there are more folks coming in. The drinks are great & refreshing, hit the spots. The waffle is great too, crispy & crunchy outside and soft inside. Overall good drinks & foods with good services and decent prices.“

Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a medium sized parking lot, so finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a couple tables and chairs. Seating is very limited. There’s cute wall decor and backgrounds for photos.

Service: We placed our orders at the kiosk. Throughput was quick & efficient after ordering. The two workers we encountered were courteous.

Drinks: I got the Matcha Brûlée, and my friend got the House Coffee with sea salt foam. The matcha brûlée came with brown sugar boba. I couldn’t taste the matcha bc the brown sugar was very overpowering. The boba texture was good. The brûlée swirls were very faint. Overall, the flavors could use some improvements. The house coffee was thick and creamy. The sea salt foam was okay; could be thicker with a bit more salt.

Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays. I’d visit again bc their milk teas are good, but I wouldn’t get the Matcha Brûlée again.“

“I’ve been here a couple times and Jason is a real stand up guy who is very friendly and courteous. His shop is clean and he’s got tons of choices! It takes awhile just to figure out what you want out of all the choices. The location is in a shopping center I go to for other things so it is in a convenient location for me. Will keep coming!“

“We recently ordered two boba drinks from Bobuzz, including their signature “PMC” with boba and “The Dark White.” While the overall flavor of the drinks was comparable to other quality boba shops, the tapioca pearls (“boba”) were unfortunately undercooked, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, offering customers the option to customize the sweetness level would be a welcome improvement. While there is potential, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Personally, it wouldn’t be my first choice for a dessert stop after a pleasant meal, at least not for now.“

All the girls that work there are AMAZING and lovely !!! Alyssa is sincerely the best! As soon as she sees me walk in , she knows my order and is already making my order lol. The other girls know what I like as well lol. Now for the two guys that work there , they are honestly rude from time to time ,not always friendly nor welcoming. “The atmosphere when walking into Gong cha was surprisingly very pleasing and comfortable. There is plenty of sitting and music to enjoy the wait and your day if needed whenever. Came for their BOGO Pistachio Cloud Jasmine tea which had a strong jasmine taste and creamy pistachio top with diced pistachios. I don't usually get cream tops, but the sweetness balanced out the bitterness of the jasmine tea since I get it less sweet. Their boba was great! Soft and chewy!“

“Absolute hidden gem!!! They had excellent service with detailed instructions on how their menu worked, which I appreciated because there was a lot of new items I had never seen before. I love how you can customize drinks, and that all their jellies are made in house. The staff even offered me free samples of all the jellies since I was new. That was very kind and thoughtful. Every jelly tasted fresh and I even enjoyed some of the stranger options like their sesame jelly. I give this place four stars because there was no seating inside. I understand it’s a small space, but I think that would add to the charm and attract more customers. Other than that, this is an excellent establishment everyone should try!!❤❤❤“
