“Pretty solid boba spot. Got myself a Hokkaido milk tea and I wish I got a large! It was milky and creamy. My bestie got the lavender milk tea and didn't like it. Sadly I didn't either. I might need to try other drinks.Very minimal contact with the workers since you get to order off an touchscreen.“
“Their food is consistently good and flavorful along with good portions for us. The staff/owners are always friendly with great service. We’re from NorCal and so far this place has been our go to every time we come to visit our daughter at school….until next visit! ?“
“OMG! What a hidden gem. This spot is located in a non-busy plaza, so it could be easy to miss. It's in the same area as Westminster Lanes. My friend and I wanted to try out their drinks. Stepping inside, the place was bright, clean, and cute. There was both table seating and couch seating available. We didn't know what to decide but we chose the Lychee Jasmine Tea with lychee jelly, Ube Latte, and the Strawberry Matcha. Everything was so good! The Lychee Jasmine Tea was super refreshing. I preferred the Strawberry Matcha Latte over the Ube Latte. I like Da Vien's a bit better. Be sure to stir your Strawberry Matcha because all the sweetness comes from the strawberry puree. Love how you can adjust your sweetness level here too. We were assisted by Katie and Tui. They were super sweet and friendly! Definitely come check this place out!“
“I used to frequent Bambu growing up and all the ones in my area closed. I saw this spot next to the restaurant I was having dinner at and knew I was going to be getting dessert from here. If I just hadn't had a pasta dinner, I would have ordered a Chewy Pandan but I knew that would be too filling so I opted for the Jelly Coco. The Jelly Coco is coconut water based instead of coconut milk so it's more refreshing and lighter. It fruits (coconut, lychee, longan) and fun pandan and basil seed bits. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely be returning to try the Chewy Pandan. Service was quick! We were there arounf 30 minutes before closing and although there were a few people who ordered ahead of us, we still got our drinks fairly quick. The inside has very few seating so I would'nt hangout there for too long.“
“Hands down the best boba in OC, which they make themselves. A wide variety of drinks to choose from and all are made using the best/freshest ingredients. Customer service is exceptional; willing to answer any questions and help you find the best drink for you. The place is small, though, so finding a seat can be challenging if you visit during a busy time.“
“Food here is very good and for this price range it's made to order and better then panda express. Highly recommended if your stopping by this area and looking for some Chinese food. Kids for to it before I can even take photo's.“
“Came across this hidden gem while driving down from the valley! Great quality and flavored drinks and one of the best Matcha latte with brûlée and oreos. An absolute game-changer! They use ceremonial grade matcha straight from Japan. The earthy matcha flavor combined with their cream brûlée made it an unforgettable experience. Not to mention their service and attentiveness is top-notch.“
“Besteas Boba is pretty good, and they often have good deals. They have a large selection of options. Just be aware that many flavors can taste very artificial, so if you’re not into that it may not be the spot for you! The owners are very nice!“
“Easy ordering online or by a phone call. Quick pick up process, convenient parking space. But the food is the primary reason for me to go back to this joint. They have the best popcorn chicken in Cerritos. Of course their ground beef meal and pork belly stew meal are superb as well.“
“Came here with my friend and the drinks were solid. I got the Osmanthus Tropic and Thai Tea for my friend. Solid Thai tea flavor and quite standard.Their fruit teas are way better though. The Osmanthus Tropic was flavorful and fruity with a deeper tea flavor. I got it with crystal boba. Id recommend this!“
“Absolutely humongous sizes! I always get the strawberry milk tea with no tea, so it's kind of like strawberry milk. It's very sweet, so I recommend asking for it less sweet. Their boba also always comes out super fresh,s o it is very warm at the bottom of your boba cup.“
“Service is always good and the workers are so kind. They are very inviting and are patient when picking your donut. We always love to go here to see the whole new variety they have and the donuts are so good. The maple bacon is my favorite because it the perfect savory sweet combination. The store is very cute and is very clean.“
“This place is great. Love their eggrolls. And when I walk in, they start getting my order ready without me saying a word. And they even know that I like the fresh soy sauce instead of the pre-packaged one. They are super friendly, and the food Egg Roll are always fresh and delicious. And it is always busy but you never have to wait too long. Ambiance is good for a takeout spot, but they have a few chairs in case you need to sit down.“
“Get the Strawberry Princess and Strawberry Overload and have yourself a strawberry feast. The Strawberry Princess is a delicious moist sponge cake topped with real strawberry purée and cheese foam. It's so good. The strawberry overload is a mixture of teas with strawberry purée and it is so yummy. The staff is so friendly and the service was amazing.“
“I stopped by Chami and decided to try both some milk tea and the egg waffle. For the milk tea, I decided to get a large Thai milk tea. This had a decent flavor to it, no cheap syrupy after taste that you may find in other shops. The sweetness is fine as well, not overtly sweet. The egg waffle is plan and akin to a style from Hong Kong. However, the taste was rather plain. A decent pairing with a sweet drink, but overall it was a bit disappointing. Overall, Chami has se good milk tea, but I think the egg waffles are more of a novelty.“
“Service was amazing, my boyfriend's drink which was the horchata smoothie was really good;however, my drink which was the luv you berry matcha wasn't the best. The matcha was very powdery, they didn't mix it well enough and drink wasn't sweetened, even though it said sweetened match on the menu. Overall very cute place and I would definitely come back and give them a second chance.“
“Decent spot for drinks but the boba pearls can be hit or miss. I usually go for their Hawaiian fruit tea w/o the actual boba pearls, and it is very refreshing and I would highly recommend. However I tried a brown sugar milk tea with boba & the boba in my drink was super hard / chewy - not very enjoyable & tasted undercooked. Hopefully it's just an odd batch! Overall solid spot and I like coming here when I don't feel like venturing far for boba.“
“I’ve been going to other locations, but this was my first time here. Almond milk tea smoothie is my go to and always made to perfection. For the coffee drinkers, the almond haus coffee is excellent. Owner of this location is really nice!“
“This is literally one of my favorite places. I love the ube brownies. Their coffee is good too. I normally get the ube one or their kalesta. If you go an hour within closing time they will usually have their pastries 50% off too! Also make sure to join their rewards program since you can get free pastries as you build up points. Good service and their desserts / coffee is good!“
“Delicious ham and cheese croissants! I was in the plaza for Autozone and decided to check out this donut shop. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and glazed donut. The glazed donut was good but the ham and cheese croissant was even better! The croissant was huge with a buttery, crispy exterior - pretty fresh croissants in my opinion! This place is a classic 2-in-1 donut and lottery store and everyone was buying a ticket/scratcher.Adequate parking is available in the plaza!“
“Love this place ! Small and the drinks are very good! My daughter wanted boba, so I Googled and read the reviews and came. I'm happy I did because this will now be our boba spot,I ordered oreo boba, strawberry and banana smoothie, and a mocha smoothie ?. My hubby bought me a cute crocheted ?as you can see very adorable.“
“Chillin' like a VillainAttending an event at Madres Brunch across the street, I needed some cooling relief on a hot July day in Downtown Whittier. I stopped being a regular at boba shops, ever since I started cooking packaged boba in my Instant Pot, but I was melting, in need of a cool off.Phoenix oolong milk tea-Refreshing! I wanted a drink that was lactose-free & could be customized to 15% sweetness. Phoenix oolong milk tea was recommended, and I'm glad it was. Hitting the spot, just what I needed, the Phoenix oolong milk tea was creamy, cold & couldn't happen at a better time. My only gripe being how fast I demolished it.Service was good. The staff was friendly, offering the aforementioned recommendation. The boba shop itself is quite spacious. Rectangular-shaped, there is plenty of seating. Board games, claw games, pay photo booths are some of the activities open to customers. Not feeling boba tea? Chillin' also has macarons & various snack/dessert options. Parking is via thespots out front & the nearby parking structures.Chillin' did it's namesake. I was chilled & ready to party at the event at Madres Brunch. The Phoenix oolong milk tea quenched my thirst. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by when in the area.“
“Drinks : 10/10, I love sunright and their drinks! This my first time at this location and I'm glad I discovered it. It's a lot closer to me than the other locations. I got the grapefruit jasmine tea and it was SUPER refreshing! If you love grapefruit, get this! I also got the crème brulee boba milk with pudding and that was also a 10/10! Service : fast, friendly, and efficient. Ambiance : big space inside to wait! Decorated very modern and cute! Lots of photo ops!“
“Nice chill little place, been here mutiple times and have tried different drinks every time because it's nice to switch it up. This time I had gotten he chocolate milk tea, which in fancy words mean a fancy chocolate milk lol but I enjoyed it a lot.“
“The staff is friendly, attentive and quick to complete your order. Parking can be empty or full, there’s no in between but you can park on the street.Parking: Shared parking run another business.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“I realize that I am a bit of a donut aficionado. I don't go for the over priced stuff but am willing to try it. I go for the pink box and the genuine tastes! I go for the full flavor of the bread and the glaze! My favorite donut flavor is maple, and this is one of 3 donut shops that gets it right! You're not overwhelmed with sugar or oil, it's not generic "candy". You get the full maple donut experience. I love small local spots like this and hope to go back.“
“I highly recommend it here. The donuts are great. They have thrifty ice cream. Their sandwiches are delicious. Speedy service even when they are booking with business. I highly recommend their juices. Carrot juice or the orange juice are my favorite fresh made.“
“I'm relatively new to the area and was craving a Vietnamese coffee with boba. I came in today and ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee with boba and it was delicious. Probably one of the best I've had. It almost had a chocolate flavor to it. I'm definitely coming back. The girl that served me was nice as well.“
“Everything about the tea here is super high quality. I got a hot oolong tea which came in a really nice cup with a fancy lid that you can re-seal.The flavor of the tea was amazing and each sip was really flavorful. The machine they use to make this tea must be patented or at least really high end. One of the best teas I've had.“
“I've heard of this place and wanted to try it out since I was eating in the same plaza. I liked that this place has some more unique flavors than your typical boba place. I opted for the Ba-La Matcha, which consisted of pure guava nectar, lactose free milk, and matcha. The drink was very refreshing and tropical. The boba had a great texture to it. Overall, I was pleased with my selection.“
“Fast and friendly service. Pay at the business or Doordash or Grubhub it. To go is your best bet as there isn't much of an ambiance there. I had their spam musubi and other light bites. I especially enjoyed their Iced jasmine milk tea boba. Refreshing, tasty and generous amounts of boba!“
“I love coming to Tea Leaf! The staff are amazing. The drinks are always so tasty and the service was excellent. The tables were nice and clean. The ambiance is so chill, you can come here to study or read a book and you won't be interrupted.“
“My kids and I love the variety of beverages here and the quality is always great. The decor and atmosphere is welcoming also and a nice trip we treat ourselves to sometimes. No matter how different a drink we want, the staff is always accommodating. I love the taro milk tea, and sometimes I add lavender tea - It's delish!“
“Was randomly craving donuts and this spot showed up on my google search with a high rating, definitely did not disappoint. They have soooo many options to choose from when it comes down to drinks and food (sandwiches, boba, fresh squeezed juices…) and if you’re feeling lucky, they also have lottery tickets and scratchers. Bought half a dozen donuts which were delicious and 2 drinks. I really enjoyed my green tea lemonade and the raspberry one was also good. The customer service was great. The gentleman who served us our drinks was so nice and welcoming with a great smile. Will definitely be going back.“
“I tried the coffee milk tea 50% sweet, and it was the BEST coffee milk tea I've had. Even at 100% sweet I think it would still be a good amount of sweetness and not too overpowering. It was honestly really good and I would definitely get it a hundred more times. The one thing though is that they are a bit on the pricey side, almost $7 if you get it with a topping. That's definitely the upper limit I've seen, different places range from $4.50 - $7. But it seems worth it here.“
“Best doughnuts in the area! In at least radius of 15 miles … ;)They do have a few tables indoor and outdoor small seating area as well. Always get them to go :) can’t speak of their coffee and menu..w’ve only had the traditional donuts, Chocolate, sugar , glazed and old fashioned…“
“Right in the same plaza where Jollibee and BopoMofo the place which can get busy but you’ll get parking none the less! What we got:? Hokkaido Milk ice cream with strawberries and biscoff dust- perfectly creamy not too sweet but definitely delectable! Choose up to 2 toppings! Thai Milk Tea with brûlée and boba- don’t be shy to be extra! Oreo Cookie Milk Tea with Boba- of course the automatic kids favorite! Sour Strawberry Jasmine with Lychee Jelly- balanced sweet and tart Fruit Tea amazing with the lychee jelly Mango Milk with crystal boba- takes me back to my childhood, the mango they use is familiarly the same as we had in the Philippines (the best kind!) Red and Purple Latte- our new favorite! Red bean and purple rice is one 7 Miles showcased childhood drink and we are obsessed!“
“I have been wanting to try Boba Bee for a while now, and I finally got around to it! I went on a Saturday night and it was not busy, I placed the order online and it was ready as soon as I got there. The inside is very nice and it seems like a place where you can hangout with some friends, I ended up getting the Ube Creme Brûlée drink and it was absolutely amazing! The Ube taste was amazing and the Creme brûlée was chunky which was a plus. I will definitely be coming back here! Love this place!“
“After bowling a couple games, I decided to stop in Cal Bowl Coffee Shop for a bite to eat. Went with something simple and healthy. A salad with the works. After placing my order (I was the only customer) I started wondering what was taking so long. Grab the salad out of the fridge and serve. Much to my surprise, the guy made the salad there on the spot. Fresh ingredients, including bacon, turkey, cheese, crisp fresh veggies and slices of egg! No pre-made salad sitting for days ... made there on the spot, and wow! Excellent. Seems everything is pretty much made this way. Definitely worth a short wait because the food and flavor is rewarding. AND my order was just a salad. LoL. Will be back to sample some of the special doughnuts and a cooked meal. Don't let the 'cafe' fool you, this is quality dinning.“
“Huge fan of the mango milk tea at R&B Tea in the Gardena branch. Whenever we stop by for playing pool at the Seoul Pool table place we grab a drink from R & B. I was at Long Beach this time and had lunch nearby and looking for Boba Tea for the kids. Found that there is a R & B Branch nearby so I thought I will try this one this time. The place is very well maintained, neat and clean. Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to drinks. Service is great, the drinks tasted great and good standard size drinks they have got. Price is reasonable and same great quality and quality as we get in the Gardena branch. Nice interiors at this place and plenty of tables available if you want to hang around for a bit and enjoy your boba tea. This time I tried the coffee one and it was slightly bitter but great nevertheless. The kids enjoyed their brown sugar boba tea.“
“Our favorite drink here is the 'House of Kards'. It's the best Viet Coffee we've ever had. The balance of Coffee/Sweet & Cream is just perfect! When you find a favorite Coffee like this, you tend to go a lot and get the same drink, and because of that we noticed the consistancy of the drink making. We are never let down and always get the same taste every time. It's truly outstanding. There are some great people who work there too, which my Wife and I are always happy to go and see. It really makes the whole experience great, and we always look forward to going. Shout out to Orion, Maite and Chris <3The decor is cool, and there's always good music playing. You can purchase the drinks at a Kiosk or at a checkout. The menu is full and with very inventive and funny names like the "Dew Barrymore" Ha! They are also customisable and the staff are always more than happy to give you a taster of the drinks you might want to try.Parking is great and they open late too!!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and funWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Now it became a shop of BOBA GRANDE under the new management. They are so kind and friendly. The shop is very clean and all equipment looked new. Taro boba which was my all time favorite, was so good and rich flavor in it. And I tried two Taiyaki, I've seen a lot on K-dramas :) it became my recommended bread of this store. I tried sausage, and pizza Taiyaki. You can actually see the whole process of cooking it. I Love this shop :)Parking: The shopping mall has enough parking space.Kid-friendliness: They provide kid friendly items, hat, bag, etc., that can be exchanged as numbers of my spending in the past (I am not 100% sure but this was what I herad).“
“The kids and teens of the household are obsessed with this place. I had to go see what the deal was for myself. I didn't only have a good experience with customer service, which is amazing, but also, their drinks are indeed pretty great considering I'm not a Boba fan.Parking: Depending on the time, there will be more availability, but always enough parking.Kid-friendliness: It is safe, no items they can break. Recommended for a quick grab and go.“
“This place was unexpectedly lovely! We were looking for a light bite prior to attending a movie at the nearby theater. The mail didn't have many options, so we ended up here. I ordered a croissant for my kids and the chicken pesto sandwich. The total was a reasonable $11 and the sandwich was super tasty. The service was friendly also! What a little gem.“
“I'll start by saying the service is great. The person who helped me was very nice. My drink, the fresh passion fruit tea, was okay. Next time I'll probably upgrade to 75% sugar from 50%. I usually get 50% sweetness but you just never know what to expect at new places you aren't familiar with. TBaar is located inside the food court so it has a food court vibe ambiance but is less busy than your regular mall food court. Could be because I came during the day on Friday while most people are at work.“
“Ordered the large fruit tray for my daughters b day party and we were very much impressed by the presentation and the fruit was very delicious! There was nothing left by the end of our party. Glad I found this place. Will use them again at our next party.“
“1st time here. Very unique place. Hard to describe this food. The desserts that we had were all very tasty, just a very different texture. We all enjoyed it, however it was a little pricey. Our bill for 3 was $35, and this was just dessert. If you like different things, give it a try!“
“Hands down my favorite boba place, absolutely ecstatic i no longer have to go to Downey for it. So many flavors, so many toppings, so many options beyond just boba.Their specialty drinks are so tasty and cute– definitely make your friends feel the FOMO when you post a Traffic Light (three flavors and colors in ? ?layers. Also they're doing something no other boba place I've seen do: reusable boba cups with boba straws. When i went they said they weren't for sale YET so maybe sometime soon...Also they went all out for Halloween decor, which was so cute and fun.“
“I feel like I don’t choose drinks that taste good and it’s not the shops fault. Lol. I like to be random but it doesn’t work out for me. However, my bf is really good at picking drinks and his always taste delicious. They have many flavors to choose from!“
“As a Taiwanese person who grew up in boba land, I can tell you that the boba milk tea is pretty good. It's more towards milky end instead of rich tea flavor ones. Their original recipe is not too sweet so there's no point to adjust the sweetness. Or just ask the owner to make his favorite ratio. You should totally give it a try. (I cannot endorse other items as I just tried one product)“
