“Dare I say, our new favorite restaurant in Long Beach?! Due Fiori has become one of our absolute favorite spots in town! The vibe is perfect the moment you walk in. Warm, welcoming, and the kind of place where you instantly feel taken care of. We love sitting at the bar!

The Caesar salad is hands down one of the best I have ever had. Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor and loads of parm. The bread is incredible and their homemade pasta is the real standout though. They know flavor!! I am Italian, live in Italy as well and these guys are killing it here!

If you want a great night out with amazing food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere, go to Due Fiori. It has become our go to spot. You will not be dissapointed!“

Even the table bread stood out — warm, incredibly soft, and so fresh it practically melted in your mouth. It set the tone for an amazing meal. We started with the burrata, which was unbelievably creamy and paired beautifully with the tomatoes and seasonings. It was fresh, flavorful, and one of the best burrata plates I've had anywhere. The lasagna with vodka sauce was the highlight of the night. The layers were tender, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the vodka sauce had the ideal balance of richness and flavor without being heavy. You can taste the quality in every bite. The ravioli was just as impressive — perfectly cooked, generously filled, and served with a sauce that complemented it perfectly. Everything tasted homemade, authentic, and crafted with care. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance was elegant yet comfortable. The staff checked in at the right times and made the experience feel special without being intrusive. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. L'Opera is officially one of my new favorite Italian restaurants. “Food was delicious! Focaccia with anchovy dip was my fave although the carrots were a close second!

We were walk ins and it almost seemed like they wouldn’t be able to seat us so probably best to make a res on the weekend. Other than that the service was on point and the open kitchen was nice to see the masters at work with such a confident demeanor!

This is hands down my favorite restaurant anywhere. From the warm, homey feeling the moment you walk in, to the great service from Luigi and the rest of the team, everything is always on point. And of course, the food speaks for itself. Chef Franco is truly a gem and one of a kind.

My go-to order is usually between the lamb chops or the pork chop served with veggies and mashed potatoes. The flavor is unreal. 10 stars!!! for meee“

It rolls around with a giant plate of shredded Parmigiano like it’s on a mission to make cheese lovers happy. Iconic behavior.They even have olive oil and balsamic already on the table, which is elite. And the fresh bread? Bro… that stuff was heavenly. I could’ve eaten 10 pieces.Me and my colleague got the spaghetti bolognese and then tiramisu for dessert, and everything slapped. The pasta was rich and comforting, and the tiramisu was chef’s kiss — light, creamy, and actually perfection.Overall, Il Saggio is 10/10. Great food, great vibes, great people. Henry was our server, he was very nice, very patient and over all a great server. Managed to get everyone’s food and drinks out as ordered in a timely manner. Food was as expected. I am visiting Long Beach for a few days and ran into a guy named Tony at church. We got to talking and turns out he is originally from Michigan where I live. Today I went on a run and had already spent my cash at a fishing store. I happened to run past Valentino’s pizza and was surprised to see a familiar face. It was Tony, and he owns the place! We chatted for a while outside and he offered me a free piece of Barbecue pizza! It was some of the tastiest pizza I have ever had, made by the kindest cook in California!“

“Wow! So glad we found this wonderful and authentic Mexican restaurant right by my hubby's work place while traveling to southern California so we do not have to fight through the 35 minutes driving 5 miles in downtown LA traffic! 😅

Their chip & salsa, first of all, was simply amazing and different! We tried their signature dish Pollo con Rajas Con Crema and the Steak Fajitas and they were beautifully plated and so tasty! You could tell the dishes are of great ingredients with simple seasoning to not take away from the freshness.

They then recommended Guayabate with Ice Cream for dessert plus sharing with us how this is a very authentic dessert from Mexico but as eaten with shaved ice. They modified now with French Vanilla Ice cream as the base and the fusion culinary creation is just the best! 😋

It was combined with the Mexican Coffee - Cafe de Olla which is a little bit sweeten but with a very strong and well balanced taste that's very different than your regular American standard coffee!

We enjoy everything we had here including our server who is very knowledgeable and hospitable. When we visit LA next time, we will definitely try to come again!“

The hostess and wait staff were extremely patient and welcoming towards them but also the parents that were staying to observe. This is a great place to have a get-together and enjoy a good meal in good company.“
