“We came from out of town and heard wonderful things about CaliCafe, so of course we had to try it! We are happy to say, it did not disappoint!! The service was impeccable, everyone was so happy and friendly and super attentive. We brought our doggy and they sat us down on their lovely patio with beautiful views of the golf course and palm trees. And the FOOD! Delicious is an understatement. We had veggie omelette, California omelette and we loved the fact that we can substitute the toast with pancakes or biscuits and gravy. I got the blueberry pancakes and my husband got the biscuits and gravy, the pancakes were so fluffy and buttery! Of course we had to get a mimosa to top of such a lovely breakfast. Definitely a must-visit anytime you are in Palm Springs area. Can’t wait to return to try the lunch!

“This was a delightful find for our family of vegetarians and carnivores alike. Coming for lunch, the variety to choose from was surprising. A lasting impression was The Primo Bowl which had a delicious dressing that wasn't overpowering. The guacamole was a thumbs up from my husband. The beans I ordered came in a tortilla bowl in which squeezing lime on it was a delightful surprise and flavor for my aunt. Be sure to try the corn dip. That was wonderful and unusual to my family. Everything was obviously fresh and created for a unique twist to make Mexican Food exciting again.“

“Eight Desert Divas dined at Sí Bon Restaurant in Rancho Mirage on Thursday. We were celebrating one of our own lovely Diva's birthday. We made reservations ahead of time (thankfully) because they were VERY busy. It is a popular place. The service was excellent. The menu was great. They offer a summer menu which includes a three course dinner for $32. They also have a happy hour menu. I ordered the meat loaf dinner and it was delicious and plentiful. Others selected steak with fries, tacos, mussels, and a few other items. There were no complaints at all. They even brought out a birthday chocolate mousse with a candle and 8 individual spoons to honor our birthday girl. Our server was wonderful and he gave us separate checks (which we always appreciate). It was definitely a special night and we highly recommend Sí Bon. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. You won't be disappointed.“

“We miss the buns you used to serve. Why don't you put them on the menu and charge for them? The replacement buns on the menu are NOT nearly as good. Also why did you tae the pork and burger sliders off the menu..they were great Happy Hour/anytime items .“

“It was all OK... The tri trip and pulled pork was pretty moist. Portions were good and the value of my meal excellent.

The Mac & Cheese didn't dry out and the corn (IMHO) was very very good...couldn't eat the bread which seemed like a basic, grilled hot dog bun.

The worse part are the water cups, so tiny... I had to make 4 trips to the cooler to refill. Hated that part.“

The staff was running around taking orders, making drinks, trying to accommodate everyone and every request. Our server was not only our server, but also the bartender for the whole restaurant (I believe)! Food and service took a a few minutes longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. The restaurant manager checked in on us twice, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry would acknowledge how hard these individuals were working. I left completely full on amazing food, and completely impressed on the restaurant staff. 10/10 again. Thank you Si Bon staff and manger. <3“

He learned his Banh Mi skills from his legit Vietnamese friends in Garden Grove and brought them here in Palm Desert. What an awesome guy! He even makes his personal sauces! “This is long overdue, but I have enjoyed La Spiga for years. It is one of my favorite restaurants for celebrations and fine dining experiences. The patio is absolutely gorgeous, the entire team is so kind, welcoming and do an impeccable job elevating your dining experience. Their food is fantastic. My personal favorite is the white truffle pasta. I have gotten many of my friends and clients hooked on that pasta. Needless to say, if you’re looking for a fine dining experience with a bit of old school charm, and a team of really kind and good humored people, I highly recommend La Spiga.“

“It's a very nice Mexican restaurant. My waiter was great and the food came out fast. I only have one complaint. I'm from the Midwest, Kansas and our Mexican food is served with ground beef, not shredded meat unless you order fajitas. I guess it's a California thing to use shredded meat instead of ground beef. Next time I google a Mexican food restaurant, I'll check out the menu first to see if they use ground beef!!“

She took our order within five minutes of us sitting and frequently checked up on us and refilled drinks. I never went to a restaurant that runs food so quickly, our food came out at least five minutes after we ordered and everything was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. Honestly you get more than you pay for here, although the restaurant was packed our server didn’t rush us or appear overwhelmed, and our delicious food came out quickly with no problems. Additionally, the atmosphere was very old fashioned and comforting. 10/10 dining experience I will be coming back for more yummy breakfasts again.“

“This restaurant has been around for 60 years. I have been a regular guest for 5 years. The staff is very professional and friendly! If you want a pleasant experience, I will look for you there! The menu is full of great dishes and if you like Margaritas, the ladies will set you up nicely! Located in Old Indio, they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! They have outdoor seating and any restaurant around this long means they are very good!!“
