“I’m not even gonna lie every time I’m near by I go out of my way to come in an get a combo 3.
Let’s start off with portion size… they will fill your plate up to the max.
I also love that they have rice noodles an corn instead of just rice a chowmein.
Coconut shrimp is my favorite but don’t sleep on the black pepper chicken or Spicy fish.
5 for 5 an it’s not even close!!!“

“I had to take a moment to appreciate the Panda Express on Douglas Street in Oceanside. Every visit is consistently great, and a lot of that comes down to the manager, Enrique. He’s clearly built a culture where the staff is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The customer service here is exceptional—everyone greets you with a smile, the line moves quickly, and you always feel welcome. On top of that, the food is always fresh, which makes it even more inviting to come back again and again.

“I’ve been dinning here for years now ! Jenny and her staff are always friendly and kind. Home made Chinese! Try their secret menu! If you know you know ! 🤭 I got the house chop suey, and a side of teriyaki chicken! Also try their ribs ! A must try.“

“I had kung pao shrimp and husband had shrimp chop suey for lunch, it was way too much food & it filled the void. I don't know if I'd rush back there again anytime soon it was just okay for me .You can only order at the counter and then there's tables to sit at. I had it with the hot and sour soup was really tasty husband got egg drop soup pretty uneventful.“

“We were starving and had dinner here. There was a line to order and we waited for about 10mins and another 10 for our food. We ordered the spicy tom yum soup which was good but was not a fan of the noodles in it. The soup was good though and it had a lot of shrimps, squid and mushrooms. My favorite was the Pala fried rice, it has a smoky flavor and was well seasoned. The pork buns were good too.

The staff are friendly and you can see the kitchen staff working really hard to get the orders out as soon as they can. Prices are reasonable and serving sizes were huge.“

“I just want to say that I'm so overjoyed that this Panda Express location offers Beyond Orange Chicken, and honestly I've almost been coming here weekly, for the past 6 weeks or so, since I first found out about it. We actually have 3 Panda Express locations closer to home but none of them offer it, and so I had no idea it was "back", per se, and only found out via random search. Thank you so much and please keep it on the menu!!! Honestly, this particular location really does a great job overall, especially considering the large crowds at times. “My coworkers and I would frequent this restaurant often. I would normally get one of the Large Pho bowls but other times I would venture out to Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These noodles were served with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mints, pickled carrots and daikon, roasted peanuts and fish sauce. This instance I got it with grilled chicken and egg rolls. Great food all the time!“

Look I don’t want to bash a restaurant, hence why I’m still giving 4 stars… and let’s be honest, even mediocre dumplings are still better than most food options out there.

But there’s a lot of room for improvement so I’ll keep things honest and maybe someone will care enough to use the feedback.

Let’s start with the good stuff… the garlic green beans were why far the best part of the meal. Huge portion, cooked perfectly, and stole the show.

Overall, very reasonable prices but if day charge more and increase quality and freshness of the food. Maybe it’s just not the best area to increase prices so I get it.

I went to this spot for the duck… but it looked nothing like the website photo. No crisp and mostly bone… just go with something else because duck isn’t this spots strong suit.

I’m 99% sure the Xiao Long Bao were straight outa the frozen goods aisle at Costco.

Rule of thumb for the future… if a dumpling spot isn’t making the dumplings out in the open, just find a new spot or don’t order dumplings.

Now I gotta say, they over delivered on the potion size of the shrimp fried rice portion but not many shrimp to be found in the pile of rice.

Overall, good spot if you’re high as a kite and looking for some affordable and big portion sizes to kill your Asian food craving. But if you’re looking for some fresh dumplings, you’ll find a better option 8 miles away over in San Marcos.“

“They always let city bus drivers use their restrooms. Thank y'all for that!!! We of course don't have restrooms on board and we don't work in an office setting so your willingness to let us use your restrooms is a blessing.
