“Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! I got the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans- incredibly tasty and fresh! Unfortunately one of the dishes was so burnt we had to return it:( The drinks were delicious, especially the mango margarita! If you’re looking for a delicious quick meal in borrego I’d recommend :)“

“Good grief! I have been coming to Borrego for over 30 years and somehow Los Jilbertos escaped my notice. We live in Oceanside, not lacking good Mexican food but wow! Los Jilbertos has the right recipe for very delicious food. My son and I are thunderstruck by the quality. It is clear that care and effort goes into this offering. We did not need more reason to come to Borrego but you have added one. Such good food. Chef’s kiss!“
