“What a great new addition to Brea! We were impressed by the quality and variety of their offerings. You order at the counter, grab a seat, and the team brings everything out fresh. We ordered the Beef Empanadas to start and we got these mains - Salmon Bowl, Peri Peri Chicken Plate, California Burger, Gaucho Steak Sandwich to share.

The Beef Empanada was so good, with the flakey crust. Our entire party really enjoyed all the dishes, the portions were generous and tasted delicious. We also got the Triple Chocolate Cookie which was the perfect finish.

Overall, this is a great option for lunch and dinner. They also have a nice patio that’s dog friendly. Their staff was ultra friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!”

It has a very original taste it's not sure if it's garlic butter or something along those like got the Hawaiian which at most places the ham over powers the taste of pineapple but this place just knows how to cook it perfectly where your tasting the pineapple and all the other ingredients more then just the Canadian bacon, Aka ham. Also ordered their pepperoni not greasy and over powering with cheese just perfect with the same great taste. This is the go to place for real good overeating pizza.”

The only downside was their parking—it's the worst parking structure I've ever encountered—there is no parking and the parking spaces was tiny ( not sure how they passed city inspection) but they do offer valet parking for $10, which I find a bit ridiculous because the reserved parking spaces is like less than 10 feet from the front door. Other than that, I think it's great.”

“I have had The One Breakfast Burrito 3 different times now and each time I have been blown away! Now prior to this I wasn't into Breakfast burritos. They were either all half cooked hash browns and lot of eggs with little to no meat. Or all the ingredients like the meat and cheese were on one side and the eggs on the other ingredients were on the other side and dry with no consistency. I love The One Breakfast Burrito!! The ingredients are fresh and they way it is built you will have meat, eggs, tater tots, cheese and sauce in every bite! The tater tots gives this burrito a different texture and taste. No dry half done potatoes. And the service is great, I oder and go pick of from Doordash.”

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed”

“I always order food to go from here so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere, but the food is always good. Favorite is the koobideh, but I’ve also had the chicken kabob, rigatoni Rosa, chicken pesto linguine, chicken pesto panini, and the flat iron shish kabob. Everything is good. The chicken is a little dry, but [I believe] it is white meat, so that is to be expected. The koobideh occasionally comes out with one half of the skewer a little more cooked than the other half. No matter, it’s always delicious as is all the food I’ve tried here so I highly recommend it.”

“We stopped by IHOP for a late-night dinner and were greeted promptly with no wait time—seated right away, which was a great start. Our server, Rosario, was very friendly and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu before taking our drink orders.

Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away.

I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout.

“If you don't mind paying a premium for Southern-style BBQ from a restaurant chain, Lucille's is a fun and satisfying destination.

The Locale:
Located right off the 57 Freeway on Imperial Highway, this Lucille's is clean with an enjoyable aesthetic. It's made to look like a mid-20th century smokehouse.

The Service:
The entire wait staff is friendly and competent, but our server, Erika, was exceptional. She made excellent recommendations, was quick to respond, and brought what we needed even before we asked for it. I can't compliment her enough.

The Food:
My dad and I shared the Feast for Two package in which you pick an appetizer, entree, and dessert from a set menu. We chose fried onion strings for the starter, pork belly, sausage, and baby back ribs for the main course, and chocolate cake for the dessert.

The fried onions were good but were so intertwined like Velcro that it was hard not to spill some eveytime we tried to pull a few strings off the plate. The pork belly was moist with a nice layer of fat (that's a good thing with this choice!). The baby back ribs were solid. And the sausage was genuinely spicy and juicy.

Oddly enough the chocolate cake was too sweet and not dense or moist at all; it fell apart every time I tried to cut a piece off.

My wife orders the country fried steak, which was yummy. Her veggie sides were just average though.

The Price:
This is where it hurts. The price of everything on the menu has seen to gone up since the last time I visited. Including tip and taxes, our meal for 3 people came out to be more than $100. This means fewer visits for us overall per year. Bad for us, bad for their business.

The Conclusion:
Lucille's offers a fun vibe and mostly delicious Southern-style food. But a few average dishes and the steep prices make Lucille's a place I would only go to for special occasions.”

The drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside, only to find it just as crowded, but the wait was shorter than it would have been outside, which was a plus. The interior was clean, and the staff, as always, was friendly. I enjoyed my usual chicken sandwich with cheese, or sometimes the Cobb salad with avocado dressing. The lemonade here is fantastic!
